Beware Jim's Auto Body and Service under new ownership/management…read more When my wife's car got a check engine light I called the Mercedes dealer first. They wouldn't tell me anything without bringing the car in. I then had the code read at Performance Auto on Mi Ave, an autoparts store. The code identified a common issue related to the crankcase ventilation system, and of course cost me nothing. I decided to give Jim's, my local long term go-to business the work instead of the dealer. I really thought they would fix it. I'd gone to Jim's for everything from a complete engine rebuild to oil changes. Bringing the car to Jim's was a complete waste of time. They identified the code, which I already knew and recommended I bring the car to the dealer. Not only that, they charged me $135 for a service any parts store does for free. If I had known that was the plan I would never have brought the car to Jim's. It's obvious the new management couldn't care less if you are a loyal long term customer. Jim's will no longer be working on any of my cars, Chev, Ford, or Mercedes.

This is honestly the best customer service I've ever received for any type of service and the team…read morewent above and beyond my wildest expectations for any type of service in the automobile industry. Starting with the super friendly front desk staff, everyone at Ross-Beakes was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Throughout my entire process of getting my 2018 Honda CRV repaired, the team at Ross-Beakes kept in close communication with me, provided information and details of possible scenarios, and took the time to answer any questions I had. They were up front about estimates and honest about the expected time frame for repair. The team more than delivered on their promise. They worked closely with State Farm insurance and have won a bunch of awards for Honda service. When I picked up my CRV I had a question about a panel that had been previously damaged while parked and the front desk staff went back and got the service staff to explain to me the issue and breakdown of the cost to repair in depth. They are always busy but take care of every individual customer. I've had a total of two issues I've brought into this place. The first one was a piece on my prior 2008 Honda Civic which they fixed for free and the gentleman tried to decline my cash tip at first. Then repairing the rear of my CRV was an extremely smooth process. Additionally, thy washed my car and cleaned the inside of it (which had nothing to do with the rear damage) and it looks great! I will definitely always be returning to Ross-Beakes if the need arises.
