I flooded it trying to start it in the 15-degree weather, called them back and they sent a truck right over for a jump start. I drove to their Michigan Ave shop and left it there a few hours. They checked everything out, got it road ready and had me on my way. Their crew is super helpful and professional. They've won my business from now on!

I purchased a woodchipper that was sold by a Ken Joswiak - a manager at this dealership. I met up…read morein the dealership lot to do the exchange and the woodchipper came with keys that had this dealership's logo. The woodchipper had a faulty carburetor that leaked fuel both inside and outside the engine. THIS IS AN EXTREME FIRE HAZARD THAT CAN ENDANGER HUMAN LIFE. Ken did not tell me about this and assured me that "6 mechanics looked it over". I called Ken asking for $200 back so I can fix this extreme hazard but he refused any attempt to improve the situation. This was a bad experience and I would recommend going to this dealership. They are willing to hide a fire hazard for a few hundred bucks.

Oil change here is done right the first time...and at prices that match anyone in town. Staff is nice...especially Jerry and Dale. No need to buy a car right now...but would buy one from these folks if needed. Helpful, competent, competitive, and gracious. Well done to all.
