There was mold on the floors, seats, dash, and ceiling. We contacted a guy named Kyle with Pristine Mobile Detailing and told him "I need a car detailed, that has mold in it" and he quoted her $300 and told her he'd have to take the seats out. The condition was explained to him. I shopped around some for other options but ultimately Kyle was hired. Once he received pictures he raised his price to $400 and said he'd have to take the carpet out too. Kyle came and he ONLY cleaned the mold. He also never removed the seats or the carpet and still charged $400. He claims to have not realized that she asked for a detail and that he thought it was only the mold clean up. He then said he could do the full detail another time for an additional $100. He also said if the mold came back to call and he'd come back. If anyone knows Kyle from the Brooklyn area, we've called, we've texted, and Kyle has yet to respond in any way. Bro if you needed the money, you could've just said so, we got plenty of cars that you could've earned the money on.
