There is a number to call to report problems. If you call it, it goes to voicemail and asks you to give your name, the location of the car wash, a description of the problem and your phone number. I gave the information both times and was flat out ignored both times. I never received a call from them. If you are a gambler, and if this car wash is convenient, go for it.
