I went through for a quick car wash and I didn't tip the machine because I thought the price was high enough. so that attendant didn't even spray my car off before it entered the brushes and it was pretty dirty and it scratched my car I'll never return there. read more

I used The car wash on w. Michigan ave in Jackson, mi on January 9, 2025. It did not wash the back of my car very good at all, and the rest of the car experienced a better wash, but far from adequate. The truck in front of us experienced the same poor wash. I paid for the, "everything," service to see what quality they provided before deciding to pay for their monthly service program. I realize that many automatic car wash services don't wash the rear of the vehicle perfectly, but this car wash was bad enough to encourage me to write this review. I tried to use the review platform through' "Jax,' itself, but it said that my sale appr # was not valid...it was valid, so I am suspicious that it did allow my bad review. I have no real evidence to that fact. I won't use nor will I recommend this car wash. read more

While this is the best local option with multiple locations, I shouldn't be paying over $50 per month for full service cleaning with a dirty exterior. Service is inconsistent at best. I've visited around 10 times, and I've left every time with exception of one visit with a filthy dirty front end and rear lift gate. That one visit, one guy sprayed the car down and another scrubbed the front and back with a brush prior to entering the wash. Even if you pay more for full service with hand towel dry , they'll just leave the dirt all over the front and back. If you're aware your wash doesn't actually wash off all the dirt, you need to be doing something to fix it. If that means taking 60 seconds to grab a brush and quickly get the front and back then why isn't that consistently done for customers? read more

Free vacuums but half don't work. Don't even plan on them using their power washer to spray even when paying the now higher $19 for one wash. All they care about is moving cars in and out. My car came out with dirt still on it. Will not be coming back -waste of $$ read more

For $25 and 15 minutes my car interior gleams! My floor mats were really bad, but Cody met the challenge and did a great job. The leather seats look new! read more

I visit Jax car wash often for exterior and interior cleaning. They do a fabulous job, Austin is always friendly!

I had used Jax Car Wash once, then on my next visit I purchased the unlimited car wash pass June 5, 2023. Entered the wash bay and as soon as the side brushes started moving, it ripped off my right side mirror. I spoke to the manager, who instantly denied my claim because my car was 10 yrs old. Then she said, the sign near the ticket booths says, if your car is 10 yrs old or older, we are not responsible for damage. Did I mention the sign was hanging next to a tree in full leaves by June? Who could see it? Getting nothing but angry, I left the car wash and went online, straight to the mother company. I explained the incident and was assured that someone from their claims department would contact me in the next few days, and apologized for my troubles. Two weeks later, no call. I called the Florida number again, got more apologies and another promise someone would call within the next several days. I have emailed and called over a dozen times, nothing. I did a little online investigation and found this is how they run their business. Break something on your car, ignore you, or lie repeatedly that someone from insurance will call you. Of course, I ended up fixing it myself. They are nothing but lying rip-offs. Think twice before you visit the business. read more

Really like the monthly wash club and the scanners that go with it to be able to get through and get your wash in a jiffy.

I took my car to in oasis car wash, entering the car wash the guiding attendant told me to reverse my car and the front bumper was torn off my car the corporate office refused to pay for the car because I had it repaired before they could have their repair people look at my car. I choose who repairs my car not them!! please do not use them ever again because they are dishonest!!!! read more

Yell at my wife because she's having trouble getting the wheels straight at the start (I was on the passenger side), you gotta be kidding me. And I mean angry, snarling, demeaning yelling. She's an adult. You can speak to her politely (or maybe you can't). At any rate, you won't get another chance. And here's another beef: Does anyone ever show those guys who guide you in at this, or most car washes, how irascible their finger wiggling hand signals are? read more

Great car wash can't wait to try out the new one on airport rd

I will never go back to your car wash. I have scratches on my door that weren't there when I took my car in to be washed. My car is black 2016 model. It was water spotted and very poorly washed. If you have a non spotting rinse it isn't working. William Dobbin Jackson, Michigan read more

Very disappointed! Spent $18 on a car wash for the top notch one and when I got home you couldn't even tell I got it washed. There was still dirt spots all over my car and it wasn't very dirty going into the wash. I could have gone somewhere else for $8 and gotten a better wash. read more

About a month ago, I went in to have the oil changed and work done on both my and my wife's vehicle. To make sure the bill was correct, my wife and I asked twice if we was charged for both oil changes, the reply both times was "yes". About three weeks later, I received a call stating that we was not charged for both oil changes and they wanted us to come in a pay the difference. I am still sure that we was charged for both, but after being harassed over the phone and at my workplace, I paid what they claimed I owed just to get rid of them. I find it to be an extremely poor way to run a business when not only do you expect the customer to fix your mistake for you, but you also harass the person at their employment. Not only will I never do business with Oasis ever again, but I will discourage anyone I know from doing business with such a poorly run business. read more
