(see pic) The only access is through the drive thru, but you have to honk your horn or shout for them to notice you. And even then, regular customers just brush past you to get their stuff dropped off or picked up and the counter person just lets them cut. Stops working on your things and gets right to theirs before going back to your things. As far as cleaning, they don't get all the stains out, and I'm not talking wine or grease. I've used Tide To Go with success on stains that they set in! The value for the money is not there either. They were more expensive than my previous cleaners. Having said all that, the people were very kind and friendly.

I took a completely sequined dress to Sarah to be altered for a wedding. It took her about a week to complete and it was PERFECT when I got it back. The bride went with me to pick it up after alterations, and she said it was the best looking bridesmaid dress out of the group (other bridesmaids had taken their dresses elsewhere for alterations). Another bridesmaid took her dress elsewhere and the seamstress butchered the dress-- breast pads put in the wrong place, too much length taken off the bottom, and it was cut crooked. I suggested she take the butchered dress to Sarah. Sarah worked her magic and fixed that dress. The placement of the inserts were corrected. She fixed the uneven length on the dress, although my friend had to wear flats to the wedding because of how much length the original seamstress cut off. Overall, the bridesmaid and the bride were both happy with Sarah's corrective work. If I lived in the area, I would religiously use Sarah for all of my alteration needs!

She replied that she was 8 years old. I then requested that an adult assist me with checking in my clothes instead of an 8-year-old child. When I returned today to pick up my clothes, I was immediately approached by the child's grandmother. She told me she did not appreciate me speaking to her granddaughter during my previous visit. I did not get her name, but she was extremely rude, confrontational, and aggressive throughout the interaction. Another employee assisted me, and I simply asked for my clothes so I could leave. As I was leaving, the older woman said, "Yeah, you better leave. I responded that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of the unprofessional customer service I had experienced. She replied, "Go ahead, my son owns this cleaners." I then told her that she needed to learn how to treat customers with respect. Her response was, Your mother. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a business. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, and I was genuinely concerned that a child was handling customer transactions. Rather than addressing my concerns respectfully, the grandmother chose to argue and insult me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If customer service and professionalism are important to you, I would strongly encourage you to consider taking your business elsewhere.
