They're all patient, skilled, and genuinely kind. I go in fairly often for tailoring and repairs, and they are always welcoming and willing to listen carefully while I figure out exactly what I want done. Today really stood out. I brought back a pair of pants that had been hemmed and looked great, but just didn't feel comfortable when I wore them. I was worried I was asking too much since I'd already been in a few times about these pants, but Ping couldn't have been more understanding. She insisted on letting them back out while I was there, even though it was near closing time. She also noticed a jacket I had and tightened the buttons on that too--again, on the spot. She was so kind, accommodating, and generous with her time, and she wouldn't even let me pay. That level of care and customer service is rare. Ping truly stands behind her work and wants her customers to be comfortable and happy. If you're looking for expert tailoring with exceptional service, Lee's Tailors is the place. (see pic) The only access is through the drive thru, but you have to honk your horn or shout for them to notice you. And even then, regular customers just brush past you to get their stuff dropped off or picked up and the counter person just lets them cut. Stops working on your things and gets right to theirs before going back to your things. As far as cleaning, they don't get all the stains out, and I'm not talking wine or grease. I've used Tide To Go with success on stains that they set in! The value for the money is not there either. They were more expensive than my previous cleaners. It took her about a week to complete and it was PERFECT when I got it back. The bride went with me to pick it up after alterations, and she said it was the best looking bridesmaid dress out of the group (other bridesmaids had taken their dresses elsewhere for alterations). Another bridesmaid took her dress elsewhere and the seamstress butchered the dress-- breast pads put in the wrong place, too much length taken off the bottom, and it was cut crooked. I suggested she take the butchered dress to Sarah. Sarah worked her magic and fixed that dress. The placement of the inserts were corrected. She fixed the uneven length on the dress, although my friend had to wear flats to the wedding because of how much length the original seamstress cut off. Overall, the bridesmaid and the bride were both happy with Sarah's corrective work. If I lived in the area, I would religiously use Sarah for all of my alteration needs!

They do charge up front, but you can use your imagination and figure out why...it's not personal or an assault on your character. I was prepared that I was going to have to pay a couple of dollars to wash and dry clothes, but 3-4 dollars each is a little high, especially to those who might be struggling. Just saying... I have to say this place is the most disgusting and run down laundromat ever been in. Most of the washers and dryers were not working, which is inconvenient if there was more than just myself here. The bathroom is just a disaster and in need of serious repair. The faucet sprayed you more than it did wash your hands. There was no paper towel dispenser or roll. The toilet paper was being used to dry your hands with. I'm not fully expecting a high class joint, but I mean this place could use a serious make over.
