Even after moving to Orlando, I still make the drive back just to see her because she is truly amazing. I get endless compliments on my nails - from the design, length, to the overall health - and it's all thanks to her incredible skill. What blows me away is how I can show her an inspiration photo *once*, and she recreates it flawlessly without ever needing to look at it again. She knows her stuff, always gives the best advice, and I fully trust her judgment... except when I make her cut my super long nails every once in a while (I know it hurts her a bit inside, but she's a good sport about it!). Since I was anxiously looking for a mobile service , I didn't hesitate to book the appointment when I received a text from Karol. When the day of the appointment came I received a picture from the owner indicating what door I should utilize to access her studio. At that moment I realized the mistake and explained the misunderstanding and offered to pay a cancellation fee. At which point the owner proceeded the charge me for the full service. $130. She argued that she had sent me the address (which is untrue), and that she doesn't offer mobile services although her square profile clearly states 'they'll come to you' under location (see attached picture). Against my wishes, and after a lot of back and forth with the owner, I drove to the salon, which is very far from my house. She sent me a screenshot of what she received from Yelp, and although it didn't specify that I was looking for a mobile service, it clearly showed that I was looking for services in my area, which is very far from her salon. Nonetheless, I decided to make the best of it. I chatted with other customers, the owner, and my nail tech. My nails took a long time, but I didn't mind too much because I was very happy with the result. By the time I was done with my nails, I wasn't feeling my best and wanted to get home, so I informed the owner that I wouldn't be doing my pedicure. I was told that I would be charged for it. I couldn't believe it! Logically, I got the pedicure - I was already there. As an entrepreneur myself I pride myself in providing the very best customer service. Sadly that is not what I experienced today. While I understand that the misunderstanding wasn't entirely the salon's fault, it wasn't mine either. Meeting me halfway would've been a more appropriate response. And forcing me to pay for a pedicure as well was unnecessary. I was so pleased with my nails that I was actually considering going back and recommending the salon to my daughter who works in the area. However, after having experienced the inflexibility of the owner, lack of accountability and poor customer service, I won't be returning and my daughter refuses to go, as well. If anyone is looking for a mobile service beware that this person doesn't offer this service although her square profile states that she does. Only giving it 2 stars because my nail tech did a great job.

I was visiting from out of town and had limited time in the area so I appreciated them accommodating me on short notice. The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn't feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday. When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed. Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment. When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I've always had great experiences with her. They were unfortunately booked for the rest of the weekend. While I've had consistently positive experiences at their other location, this visit was disappointing by comparison.

What truly made our visit exceptional, however, was Nataly. Nataly's attention to detail is impeccable. She was meticulous, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. You can immediately tell when someone takes pride in their craft, and Nataly absolutely does. What impressed me even more was the care she extended to my daughter. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and made her feel completely comfortable and special throughout the experience. That level of personalized service is something you don't always find, and it made our mother-daughter visit even more memorable. Cons: Terrible customer service (inconsiderate and arrogant), she takes an excessively long time to do nails, high prices For more details on the cons that led to my 1-star experience here, continue reading. 1) Margarita informed me that she would be 10 mins late due to a family emergency. She ultimately came an hour late. I tried to be understanding because of her situation although I did feel that she could've sent me a quick text to tell me she'd be later than expected. I had a doctor's appointment later on so I would've rescheduled. 2)She told me that I needed a new set but I let her know that I didn't have time because I had a doctor's appointment at 4pm in Broward. She said okay. I was looking at something on my phone then I looked up to see her removing my acrylics after I had explicitly stated that I didn't have time for a new set. She defends her defiance by telling me that she had to remove them because "It's a liability" for her. I'm pretty sure that's something she should've discussed with me prior to the removal. 3)She took 2 1/2 hours to do my hands. I didn't get any fancy designs or rhinestones, just a holo polish. 4)She sent me to soak for my pedicure then told me that she had to leave "to get her lunch before the restaurant closes." She didn't ask me if that was okay, she just left me there soaking for 20mins. Completely inconsiderate of my time, especially after I told her I had an appointment and after the fact that she came an hour late. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment. 5)She describes what she sees on my feet and tells me that I have an infection. I tell her not to worry, it's just my eczema. She asks me where I have eczema and I tell her everywhere. She continues to tell me that i'm wrong, she learned about this in nail tech school, and that I need to see a dermatologist. I have seen a dermatologist. That's how I know I have eczema. I decided not to argue with her about my skin condition that i've lived with since i was a baby because clearly she knew more than the doctors who diagnosed and treat me. 6)Ultimately, I spent 5hours here. 12-5pm. 1-5pm was the time she took doing my nails (since she came an hour late). I have never spent this much time at a nail salon. Especially not for a mediocre nail job. 7)She charged me $5 for each nail that she removed(without my permission). My bill came up to $95.
