I ended up getting about 2x 1/2 pounds, and it cost around $14, which felt like a pretty good deal for the quality. Every single time, they tack on a 3-5% "convenience" or "service" fee to the bill -- even when sitting at the bar with average service at best. I've asked ownership multiple times to remove these outdated junk fees and simply price the menu honestly instead of sneaking extra charges onto the check. Many states are now passing laws to prohibit businesses from randomly adding surprise fees to customer bills because consumers are tired of deceptive pricing practices. All this does is hurt employees' tip opportunities and frustrate customers. The food and service simply are not good enough to justify hidden surcharges on top of already high prices.
