My ship was docked about a twenty-five-minute walk away. However, it was such a cool concept, I had to check it out. The store is staffed by members of the Indigenous community and is owned by the council of the Indigenous tribes local to this part of Alaska. All of the staff are members of the tribe, and the girl who served us was so sweet. She shared plenty of tips that we used later on our trip and just made a good conversation partner.
