Fast service and yummy breakfast bagel. It's next to a busy shopping strip right across from all the tour companies.

We just finished a Fun tour of Mendenhall Glacier ( Our Cruise) It was a Cold & damp day ( especially for a LA native) I was in need of a good cup of coffee! ( The ships coffee is Not that Great) we made it to this lovely coffee shop! I'm glad we did! Good Cappuccino & yummy DELICIOUS Brownie!! I just sat on the bench outside of the shop & was in Coffee & Chocolate heaven! Whew! Friendly Staff & Great Baristas!

Nice little coffee shop in Juneau right across from the Goldbelt Tram. Perfect place to snag a coffee after leaving a cruise ship. Alternative milks available if lattes are for you. Black drip coffee is good. Slightly bitter finish with a smooth, medium light body.

Probably the best coffee in Juneau. It's very unassuming, but don't let it's lackluster front fool you. I got the Cortado and it was phenomenal. The coffee was perfectly rich, strong, and smooth. Surprisingly, it's pretty hard to find good coffee in Juneau, but you don't have to worry about this place letting you down. It's dang good.

Best coffee in Alaska! This little coffee hut is perfectly located downtown Juneau, close to the cruise ports & shopping! The staff are friendly and the coffee is delicious!

First time ever I had my first Breve on a cold weather day and fell in love with it. For those of you who would enjoy creamy coffee drinks, Breve could be your new love! Seriously, I loved it a lot! The steamed half-n-half diluted the espresso and made it rich and thick, smooth and creamy. I would choose Breve over latte or cappuccino.

Location, location, location! Many tour groups from cruise ships meet in the parking lot a few steps away from here. Cruise ships include a ton of food, but due to a combination of waking up so late I thought I would miss the tour and my mother in law wanting to be super early "just in case", I missed breakfast and the cup of coffee I usually need to even get in the shower... So we ended up here to get a caffeine fix and a snack before boarding an all morning whale watching boat tour. Had a delicious mocha (or was it just the most needed caffeine fix due to staying out late and waking up early?), and a packaged Instant gluten free oatmeal. The in laws both had small coffees and muffins. We were all on our merry way and a lot more cheerful after this stop. Thank you for being open early squirrelly!

Drinks here are always so good. Their sandwiches are also very good when they have them.

White chocolate mocha was SO good! The location is right across the docks and tram. They were quick with making my drink.

Really hits the spot on a rainy Juneau morning. Good coffee at a reasonable price made by a friendly barista.

Their location is great if you are coming off a cruise ship but they are pretty slow and their coffee is just average.

I like that they offer freshly baked pastries to go along with various coffee drinks they serve. This is a standard coffee shop that doesn't have a dining room. It's all window service. They're located directly across from the tram in downtown Juneau. Perfect for grabbing a coffee and pastry before heading up the tram or walking Franklin Street in downtown Juneau. I didn't try their coffee yet. I may grab a cup before heading out of town tomorrow. Each visit I bought a baked goodie for a dessert or breakfast option. I like that their baked goods are individually wrapped and neatly placed in plastic cubby hole containers directly fly in from of their coffee stand. It's grab and go. Don't forget to pay before you go! Each staff member I spoke with has been friendly. They come across as polite too. Not the "just pay your bill and leave us alone"mentality. I recommend this place as a coffee or coffee and pastry option. They're reasonably priced as well. Will visit again before I leave town.

My boyfriend ordered the loco moco and said it wasn't good at all. When he called to place the order, the girl who answered the phone didn't even seem to know how to put an order in, which made the process unnecessarily long and frustrating. What completely sealed the deal for me, though, was reading the owner's responses to negative reviews. Instead of addressing concerns professionally or taking accountability, the owner's replies come across as rude, defensive, and borderline hostile. Customers are talked down to, blamed, or dismissed for their experiences. As someone who reads reviews before returning to a restaurant, seeing an owner respond this way is extremely off-putting and makes it clear that customer feedback is not valued here. Between the poor food quality, disorganized service, and the owner's unprofessional behavior online, we will not be coming back.
