My experience here would've been a decent one if it wasn't for their faulty cups. I always hold my cups the same way as I'm getting into the car but for some reason this particular cup and/or lid was faulty. The lid popped off as the cup was hovering over my lap and spilled hot coffee all over my shorts, seat and vehicle. Luckily I got out of the car immediately and didn't get burned. It was inconvenient having to go back in to get a big stack of napkins to attempt to dry off my clothes and car enough so that it wouldn't be dripping wet.

As someone who reads reviews before returning to a restaurant, seeing an owner respond this way is extremely off-putting and makes it clear that customer feedback is not valued here. Between the poor food quality, disorganized service, and the owner's unprofessional behavior online, we will not be coming back.
