Just moved here not too long ago and was very excited to see a bubble tea place! I have honestly…read morebeen craving it for a while now. Inside is very clean and has the menu right next to the register. There are seats with tables and a nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The man behind the register was very patient with my partner and I as we read the menu and decided on what to order. I chose the honeydew with mochi and he chose blueberry with the tapioca balls. The drinks were delicious and the bubbles were also so good. Much better than most of the chain bubble tea/boba places I've tried elsewhere. Bonus, the lids had super cute faces on them. My only thing was that the mochi was slightly too big for the straw, I had to finish my drink then eat the mochi after. But they also tasted delicious so it wasn't a big deal. I will definitely come back, this is my new favorite bubble tea place! I'll also try some of the other teas next time.

We could smell the donuts long before opening, and we had time to look at the menu flavors before they opened! Recommend in order to make the line go faster for everyone! The donuts are mini and you can order them by picking one or two flavors per dozen which I did (6 chocolate and 6 spiced apple cider). They come to you warm and fresh in a bag and what's cool is there are no artificial colors used at all, so even if you get chocolate, the donut has no color, but has the flavor! The employees were very friendly and were quick and efficient. If you're in Icy Strait Point get in line and get the donuts, you'll be happy you did!

This is a place that deserves better than a three plus star average rating. I visited The Grind…read moreCoffee about 4 times while visiting Juneau. All visits were positive. I like that they offer freshly baked pastries to go along with various coffee drinks they serve. This is a standard coffee shop that doesn't have a dining room. It's all window service. They're located directly across from the tram in downtown Juneau. Perfect for grabbing a coffee and pastry before heading up the tram or walking Franklin Street in downtown Juneau. I didn't try their coffee yet. I may grab a cup before heading out of town tomorrow. Each visit I bought a baked goodie for a dessert or breakfast option. I like that their baked goods are individually wrapped and neatly placed in plastic cubby hole containers directly fly in from of their coffee stand. It's grab and go. Don't forget to pay before you go! Each staff member I spoke with has been friendly. They come across as polite too. Not the "just pay your bill and leave us alone"mentality. I recommend this place as a coffee or coffee and pastry option. They're reasonably priced as well. Will visit again before I leave town.

The place is clean and the menu is well designed. BUT everything is WAY TOO SWEET from the chai tea to crepes to the waffle. Waffle should either be fluffy or crispy but not dense and starchy.
