I have owned and lived (full time) in a WinterCreek Home for four years now. Homes are complex structures. They take months to build, and there are thousands of details. In the four years I've lived here, I have never had an issue or a problem with my home. Materials are of much higher quality than any of my previous properties, which have included several brand new tract homes.
I have found GLA Morris to be responsible and proactive builders. They are advocates for all the homeowners here. GLA Morris comes to all of the Homeowner Association meetings, and makes a real effort to assure the satisfaction of the property owners here.
The floor plan of my home is very functional, spacious and well thought out. All of my appliances and fixtures have worked great, without any problem. The construction is solid, which can be seen by anyone visiting our neighborhood. Since new homes are under constructions, you can plainly see all of the materials used in these homes. The materials are all top notch. I feel safe in this house, no matter how much snow we get. And with the houses that are under construction, there always seems to be a manger doing quality control. Mike, one of the construction managers here, seems to know every nail and board in my home.
Please be cautious about review sites. Negative name callers usually have some other axe to grind. The anonymous nature of these reviews lets anyone comment about any business.
The nice thing about owning a WinterCreek home is that you can come check out the construction for yourself, or bring your contractor. The materials in my home speak for themselves. I also know most of the neighbors, and I've never heard any complaints about construction, maintenance, or warranties.
Final note. As a (non construction) business owner, wouldn't it be great if trash talkers had to substantiate their claims? A fake bad review seems way too easy to tarnish the reputations of businesses that really provide excellent products or services. read more
