You left my project leaking and did not perform the work according to the signed contract then put a lien on my house for not paying you the last payment. Just fix your work and you'll get paid. I never had that conversation with the contractors board because I never asked you to do something against code. I reopened the case because I forgot you have a lien on my house. Contractors board closed it in error when my inspector retired.

He told me I would have it by the end of the week, it took me calling him several times until I received it a week later. I asked for pictures of his other work, again, it took me calling him several times to get the pictures. I received his quote, and it was 5 TIMES HIGHER than the other two quotes I received. Then he gave me an attitude when I told him I was going to use someone else. I strongly recommend you stay as far away from this so-called contractor as you can.

Marcos and his crew showed up on time and they kept the neatest worksite. Our deck is top knotch! The foundation and supports were built very well and Marcos took time to be sure he had the correct footings and tied it it our house.
