Sadly after two trips to M&F, including one with my husband, we had selected the piece of granite we loved. Granite shopping is like speed dating. One falls in love with all of the oddity and unique characteristics of the stone. It's hard to chisel one away from your heart once you've fallen in love. But....none the less...after choosing colors and tile to match our perfect stone, it was sold to someone else, and we had to start our mission and project all again. This is unprofessional and not acceptable. These people sell granite. It is what they do. If they cannot manage the inventory and customer needs, they should review their business model before they waste customers' time. I do not recommend M & F Granite.

They offer design services along with the manufacturing of the countertops to offer some extra flare where I didn't even know I could add elements to the counter. My husband works for Coca Cola so we added crushed up coke bottles to our concrete. The options are almost limitless. My next purchase will be a bench with planters embedded in the sides.

We have worked with Dex Industries on many projects over the years and have never had a problem…read more The products they produce are beautiful and you would never think some of these things are possible in a product like concrete. Dex has created custom furniture for me, custom huge conference table tops, bathroom vanity tops with integrated sinks and custom tub decks. We have never had an issue with their work or professionalism. Concrete by nature is not a non-porous material so care and maintenance is required to keep it looking good. I would not have any issues using Dex products in the future and we are working with them now.

My business was broken into, and after I called here to get my windows fixed at 11am. They called…read moreme at 1pm asking if they should still come out. I asked them, "You mean you still havent sent anyone out? She states that she was waiting for my call." I tell her not to send anyone and she insists that she will send someone. I agree, then she calls again at 4pm saying their people were lost, so I tell her to forget it since it was unlikely we would hire them anyways and that they were only 5hrs late. She then calls my cell phone threatens me saying she will find more broken glass the next day. She also says that she shouldnt have dealt with foreigners because foreigners were cheap. Their policy was not to deal with foreigners but she made an exception and she regretted her decision. This was all recorded on my cell phone. If you want proof I can forward the message if anyone wants to hear it send me a text.

We had chosen the slab we wanted for our primary bathroom and our entire house months in the…read moreselection process. A few weeks ago, Linda sent an email asking that we come in and take a look at the slabs before fabrication, we got there and she tried to sell/ say that we should look at a different slab for the primary bathroom. She showed it to us and we told her we would take a sample to see how well the new slab she recommended will blend with the rest of the shower and floor in our primary bathroom. We DIDN'T like the slab in our space. I sent Linda an email to let her know that I prefer my original selection because the slab she suggested didn't go well in our bathroom. She responded that the one she recommended has been fabricated and that I will need to pay $$$$ to get my original selection. She suggested that they lay the slab down to see if I would like it ( Big mistake!!!!!). I still DIDN'T like it. I sent Linda an email about 2 weeks ago and she hasn't responded. I am currently stuck with a slab that I totally HATE in my space!!! I am stuck with a selection that I HATE but wanted to share my experience. Please be careful with this company - GA Granite, they will force a selection on you. I am not happy with the countertop in my primary. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! RUN!!!!!
