The showroom was great, the selection of products were good, and we noticed that they did the fabrication on site. We talked with Olive and she was extremely helpful and patient with us. Once we selected the style of product, they referred us to their wholesaler where we were able to select the exact slabs needed. Albert came out on site and did the survey for the counter selection, we talked about the flow of the quartzite and how we wanted the cuts to go. Four days later, the product was ready to install and the installers came, made the necessary adjustments to the walls and some small shimming to zero in on leveling. A few hours later and it was all installed properly. Really enjoying the countertops and we really appreciate the professionalism and accuracy of the install.

I came here for a small project with plans to purchase at least six slabs of quartzite over the next few months, plus several larger projects down the line. Albert assured me he'd send a photo and have my small piece cut the next day. Since then, I've called every day. On the second day, he didn't remember me. On the third, he didn't know what I needed, asked me to come back, and promised to call or text within 30 minutes -- but never did. I'm a loyal customer who likes to start small before committing to big projects. If a business treats the "small" jobs with respect, they earn the large ones. Unfortunately, this experience showed me the opposite. I won't be recommending this place, and I'll gladly wait to work with a company that values all customers, no matter the size of the project.

Alexander Floors had the best price, and unlike the snake oil salesman that most other flooring companies will send for an estimate, he was very honest and up front about everything we needed to know and anticipate, he estimated the job would take about 2-3 days. 4 days later they received the wood that we ordered, they called us to setup a delivery time, and the next day they began working, And as promised, the job was completed in exactly 2 days time. They did a beautiful job, the guys they had working on this were very courteous and professional, and were very meticulous with their work. They moved the furniture as needed, and when the job was done, they vacuumed and washed the floor and put all the furniture back in place. I could hardly imagine a better experience than this.
