I used them when I was remodeling my kitchen. I needed help with the design because I wanted to change the configuration of my kitchen in order to have a larger island and add a bar-top between the open kitchen and the den. I also needed help deciding between granite or quartz. I couldn't be happier with the results- it is a new kitchen that I absolutely love!! I have heard nightmare stories about redoing a kitchen but thankful it was a great experience all around for me. The estimate and end price where the same- no surprise, extra charges. Everything was explained to me in great detail and they were quick to get back with any of my numerous questions. The entire job was completed on time and final walk-through was without any issues. They even gave me information on how to clean my new countertops and keep them looking great for years to come. I am beyond happy and yes, I would recommend them to anyone. I am very pleased with my new marble countertops. The selection was impressive and my choice (Shadow Storm) is beautiful! The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently and professionally to replace counter tops and under mount sinks in three guest bathrooms. My only complaint is with the sub-contractor they hired to install and connect the faucets as, when he was done with the job, he took me to each faucet and turned on both the hot and cold water at the same time to show me that I had adequate water pressure. Problem is, after he left and I turned on the cold water alone, I realized I had almost no pressure in two of the three cold water lines. The selection is oustanding. We might have found less expensive materials elsewhere, but the quality of stone we ultimately chose was fabulous..and we couldn't be happier. Chris made all the steps easy and understandable. We thought watching the whole measurement process was quite interesting, but the best part had to be the installation! We had a large and complicated job, and cutting the counters so there was only one seam was impressive! With a few small adjustments, the counters went in without a hiccup.
