During installation we discovered that a piece had been cut with the grain the wrong way (long story) which was different from how it had been planned. Immediately the saleswoman realized what had happened and everyone bent over backwards to make it right. We ended up with a higher quality quartz and it was installed in time for Christmas. We will send everyone we know to them because of our experience.

She even set us up with suppliers to go see the pieces in person. (one actually came to meet us on a Saturday morning early). When the time came to install, the guys did a really good job. There were a few minor issues that she arranged to have repaired within a few days. That team was also amazing and did everything to make sure we were happy with the final results! We love the finished product and would recommend Legacy Countertops for sure!! Thank you Kamila and Team! Photos to come when we're finished with the cabinets...

The product came as promised. The sales person does not over sell or over promise. Plus the company has a nice selection of different types of product to select from. We will be back to replace the last old countertop.

We had no idea that our sink would need to sit/cure for a bit prior to having it reconnected - that would have been good info to know prior to hiring a plumber to reconnect the plumbing. Also, the original sink was broken when installers first came out. We were not upset about that, but when we asked about any compensation for the inconvenience of being without a sink for 2 days, we received an unprofessional response. So, overall we are pleased with the value but the service end from Blue Sky could use some improvement.

I do NOT recommend MC Granite due to the numerous issues I experienced. Some of the major issues…read moreinclude: our slabs were moved to a location further away from us for no reason. Then after arriving for one of our planned layout meetings, we could not see the slab because it was unavailable. After finally having the layout meeting, one part of the backsplash was installed upside down and another part was cut from a different section without notifying us. After so many issues, I shared with them my concerns and they admitted fault and reduced the bill some. I have never written a review before for a product or company (good or bad), but I do not want anyone to suffer this type of customer service that I encountered at MC Granite.

The wheels fell off and everything went bad during the installation. Issues were with defective backsplash, not being cut straight, scratch /gouge in the countertop and polish finish on the bathroom countertop. I was directed and talked to Carlos at the Jasper facility who I was told was the shop manager. Carlos should not be interfacing with customers. He had no intention of resolving the problems and was inclined to perform a Rube Goldberg fix in the field. At one point Carlos told me that the customer is not always right. Our conversation ended shortly after that.

Sadly after two trips to M&F, including one with my husband, we had selected the piece of granite we loved. Granite shopping is like speed dating. One falls in love with all of the oddity and unique characteristics of the stone. It's hard to chisel one away from your heart once you've fallen in love. But....none the less...after choosing colors and tile to match our perfect stone, it was sold to someone else, and we had to start our mission and project all again. This is unprofessional and not acceptable. These people sell granite. It is what they do. If they cannot manage the inventory and customer needs, they should review their business model before they waste customers' time. I do not recommend M & F Granite.
