My business was broken into, and after I called here to get my windows fixed at 11am. They called me at 1pm asking if they should still come out. I asked them, "You mean you still havent sent anyone out? She states that she was waiting for my call." I tell her not to send anyone and she insists that she will send someone. I agree, then she calls again at 4pm saying their people were lost, so I tell her to forget it since it was unlikely we would hire them anyways and that they were only 5hrs late. She then calls my cell phone threatens me saying she will find more broken glass the next day. She also says that she shouldnt have dealt with foreigners because foreigners were cheap. Their policy was not to deal with foreigners but she made an exception and she regretted her decision. This was all recorded on my cell phone.
