I also had a cup of the tomato soup, soooo good, rich, creamy and has chicken in it. I also like that the oil and vinegar station allows you to mix your own for bread dipping. The restaurant is large and allows for at the table ordering or standing in line. We ordered at the table with the QR Code and our food came out super fast. We also had a glass of the red blend wine and it was pretty good given the affordable price. Overall, this was a great, dining experience and we will be back soon. You can tell they're putting some effort into the food instead of relying on the cool Ford theme to carry the place. The burgers are seriously good, cooked right and full of flavor, and the onion rings are definitely worth ordering. Everything we tried tasted fresh and well prepared. Service was just as impressive. Friendly, attentive, and on top of things without constantly hovering around the table. And then there's the atmosphere. If you're into cars, especially classic Fords, you could probably spend half the meal just looking around. The vintage cars, engines, gas station details, and garage theme are extremely well done. Even the bathrooms are part of the experience, which is a sentence I never expected to include in a restaurant review. It's just a fun place with genuinely good food and great service. Ford's Garage could easily get away with being a novelty restaurant, but the food is good enough that I'd come back even without all the automotive stuff. Definitely one of the more enjoyable restaurant experiences I've had in Lexington. We'll be back.

The restaurant features upscale burgers and gastro-bar food, so we tried a couple of burgers. The mac and cheese patty melt was outstanding. A four inch burger patty plus a four cheese mac and cheese smashed with a spiced Texas toast type bread was excellent. The Goodwood burger was another great selection, featuring two four inch smashed patties, fried pickled jalapeños, pimiento cheese, onion, and bacon. The tots were perfectly crisp and the Cajun seasoning really enhanced them nicely. All 4 of the beers in the flight were tasty but not overly powerful. I love the brioche buns they use so buttery and soft. Even the kids meal comes with a generous amount of fries which were so good! My cheeseburger was good. In other words, the back of my seat is connected to the back of the adjacent customer's seat. When either one of us move, the whole apparatus moves. Very uncomfortable. My meal opened with bacon wrapped scallops. The bacon was way overcooked, effectively taking away nearly the entire flavor from the scallops. The house salad with dressing was bland - at best. The french fries were subpar, even (sadly) when doused in ketchup. The ribeye was decent - but it was quite undercooked despite asking for medium- rare. My server didn't have time to come back and check on me so I did not send it back. My server was OK, but she seemed very busy and was not able to even crack a smile during my experience. The decor was bright and promising but it was extremely loud and disruptive once I was seated. Very disappointing across the board.
