Unfortunately I have to give this location 1 star first time ordering from this location everything was fine. 7/16/19 I called and ordered a medium pizza and wings at 8:14pm with the night manger NANCY for delivery to my willowbrook residence I was told it would be an hour and a half and my card was charged for 35.00 dollars. At 9 I started calling to just verify if the delivery guy had left (the kids and I were waiting for dinner) No answer. I don't have a car so I couldn't drive up there I called the next morning and explained what happen to another manger whom apologized and stated he didn't know what happen but would look into it. I spoke with 2 managers through out the day who were very generous and tried to help but they couldn't do much when they weren't there and unable to get in touch with her. So I did call back after 5 when I was told she would be there I got no apology she said I was told I would get a free pizza. Really a free pizza I went on to ask about the money that was deducted from my acct she stated she did the refund the night before I asked is that proto call that they don't notify the customer of what's going on and I got no answer. She didn't even give me a reason as to why I never got the pizza just really careless and has a very nasty attitude. read more

The food at any giordano's is to die for. But this particular location left me with a bad taste in my month. Everything related to the actual meal was fantastic, the service however was subpar. Our waitress seemed to completely forget we were there more than once, and was generally disinterested in our table. My boyfriend thanked her multiple times ( upon refills of his tea, and delivery of our food) and she did not acknowledge him in anyway. At the end of our meal, when she brought the check over, it wasn't even for our meal. Upon realizing this, we caught the attention of another waitress who went to find our waitress to fix our bill. The gentlemen who brought over our correct bill was a sweetheart and seemed to genuinely care about any inconvenience the mix up may have caused, but our indifferent waitress didn't even bother to respond when I offered a " have great night" on our way out. read more

This is my first time at this Giordano's. I usually go to the one in Orland. I came with my family and we ordered two pizza's one beef and olives and the other was super veggie. The beef had an after taste and wasn't as good as I am used to from them. But the super veggie was as good as it gets. Service was ok but the server was less than enthusiastic and it shows maybe because it is close to closing on a Saturday. read more

So there are places you go to for certain types of pizza. Giordano's by far trumps them all when it comes to stuffed pizza. You have to order the stuffed sausage and spinach it's a staple and it's simple awesomeness. If you do the delivery make sure you get it uncut so it stays warm and the cheese stays perfect. read more

I have been a LOYAL costumer of this location for more than five years, I supported Giordano's in Willowbrook in the Lean & Mean years and now that they are regaining costumers, I have Notice a DECLINE IN THEIR PIZZA, and other products, also now THERE's another Product of this Establishment Declining, That's their Management, I made a mistake as a consumer of their products, "I friended the Management which temporally blinded me to this. Now as I receive CONSTANT thin crust pizzas made without the PASSION OF COOKING A ONCE "NUMBER ONE PIZZA IN GREATER CHICAGOLAND AREA!" We just had a big party at Willowbrook location. It was a terrible experience! The service was very slow ; there 's always no plates and glasses on the table. Need to call waitress attention to get what you need. She saw me taking glasses myself at her station a few times because we ran out .She was there but she looks like she's not in the mood to work. She never smiles nor polite to any of the guests. I was talking to her but she's not showing enthusiasm . We felt like we were bothering her when we were asking for something . I think restaurants should not be charging 20% service charge/ gratuity if they render bad service. Also , they need to filter their employees and hire only people who are capable of giving customer service. Some should just stay in the kitchen so they don't pass their problems to the customers. We all have problems and it's not fair to put up with the waitress attitude while eating in the restaurant. Definitely not coming back!!! Some of Chicago's best pizza. Great atmosphere great food and great service. Very conveniently located and open until 10 on Sundays. Great place to watch a game and grab some pizza and beer. Lots of big screen TVs. read more

I went here twice with my husband and loved the chopped salad both times. We also enjoyed both the deep dish pizza and the thin crust pizza. We need to come with bigger appetites, though. The only complaint I have is that they need to make real ice tea from tea leaves not powder. My last glass of iced tea was foamy-not good. read more

Me and my partner came here cause everyone has been suggestion it for the best deep dish pizza in Chicago to try. Now I'm from chi twn and I hv never had deep dish, I'm a Home Run Inn guy and will always be. N-e-way we walk in got seated and sat for a good 20mins until the manager walk over and ask "have you guys seen a server yet?'' nope, and the manger comp us a free app while we waiting for a server. Finally the server come over and said sorry "didn't no he had a table, ok forgiven now lets order. It took about 45 mins or more b4 our pizza arrived so def be prepared if you go there and you are hungry, its states on the menu about the prep. While waiting on our food we notice a another party 4 came in and be seated, I decided that I wanted to time and see how long it took for them to get services since being we waiting amount 25 mins to be waited on. I set the timer for 30 mins from the time the party of 4 seat down. It took 27 mins b4 the server finally decided to come to their table and serve them. Meanwhile from the time we rec'd our food the server never return back to our table to check on us.. the mgr had to come over and ask are we alright. and also stated that sorry "we did not except to be so busy on a Wednesday nite.. (really) all you serve is pizza come on!!! that is what we were thinking!!! Tables are not even full at all and everyone that we saw had ordered pizza! Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, got, 2 not what I ordered, called to complain as I repeated myself 3 times when ordered, I then got to repeat myself 3 times again. I was told by the order taker, she couldn't hear me when I ordered, so I guess you guess what they think they heard you ordered!! Finally talked to Phil, the manager, told him I didn't want stuffed pizza, his response" consider it a bonus legally we can not take it back!" I said I want the thin crust pizza I ordered, he said "it will be an hour and half, we are busy, or he offered for me to come pick it up." Lucky me, they charged me for 2 large stuffed pizzas, he again tells me it takes awhile for a stuffed pizza to bake, and they are busy.... I told him, I ordered a thin pizza, he said " I will credit you $30.00- So I paid for 2 stuffed pizzas, $67.00, I don't get what I ordered, no offer to refund, Phil was only in a hurry to get me off the phone....
