Long time customers and highly recommend....we're thin crust lovers and it's always great. Have also enjoyed their pastas and wings but we don't order those as often as the pizzas. Like their specials and coupons too! read more

I honestly don't know what took me so long to try this place but the minute I did, I'm hooked and will be the only place I get pizza from when I can afford it. I am disabled now, and I ordered last night. The delivery man was so kind and patient with me getting to the door. The pizza was delicious! Thank you! read more

This pizza was so good and it prepared super fast! My cousin said she always gets some great coupons

Okay. They ended up giving us a 0% off coupon.. They gave two pizzas (the wrong order) then flagged us down and gave us the right order. They are overpriced. The large pizza was 14" read more

Rosati's Pizza - Someone forgot the cheese. - Pizza Near Me - Countryside, Illinois

I was a little concerned to be honest. I had order pizza, surprise, and a side of pizza sauce. The pizza sauce wasn't for me so if Rosati's would have forgotten it I may not have remembered. However they did come through and remembered the side of sauce. Now on to the pizza which is basically, everything. Hold the ground beef though. I'm more of a Margherita type pizza lover but the Monster pizza was enjoyed by all. read more

Called about two weeks before Thanksgiving ti ask if they'd be open. Was told hours wouldnbe reduced; probably closing by 8pm. I was told a 4pm order should be fine. Wrong. Called at 3:30. Was put on hold, listening to their commercials. Hung up after 10 mins. Called again. Same thing. Hung up after 6 mins. Drove there to order in person. Surprise. Closed. No special sign mentioning special hours for Thanksgiving or a closure. Bad business. read more

I have always ordered pickup or delivery from Rosati's. I have NEVER had any issues or problems with them. They are fast, they offer good tasting pizza and from what I recall the customer service isn't bad. They have a lot more to offer then pizza, they have chicken, jalapeño poppers, breadsticks & so much more. My favorite items off the menu are the pizza and the jalapeño poppers w/ranch sauce. I always get thin crust from here, haven't tried any other crust option. I would definitely recommend them, no matter where you are. I tried them in Vegas and they were just the same. Great service and tasty pizza. read more

This is a franchise the one I like to go to is the one in countryside 6560 Joliet Rd. I've been to the one in Chicago Ridge one and Evergreen Park. Their pizzas are plain not enough cheese not enough sausage the one over here slice with a soda pop and the pizza is plenty of sausage. Plenty of cheese. read more

I love rositti normally, but I am very disappointed in this order, I normally have no problem with my food, but the other night, I revived a not even edible chicken parm sandwich. I always get it the same with extra sause on the side, but I didn't get any on the sandwich or on the side this night! I'm just sad they let me down, and tonight just changed my mind on even wanting to order again. To top it off, no answer when i called to complain & then I reached out online and was told I'd get a message back, but not a thing! Long story short, whoever cooked this sad sandwich shouldn't be a cook period. read more

Rosati's Pizza - Chicken Parmesan sandwich - Pizza Near Me - Countryside, Illinois

Horrible deep dish .. more like double dough thin cheese extra stewed tomato pizza We ordered wings and fried ravioli also the wings were pretty good as was the ravioli but this deep dish was horrible.. we've had their regular pizza once before it's not bad just not rave worthy. Their wings and ravioli steal the show ...( deep dish is definitely not Chicago style so they shouldn't advertise as such!) read more

I would be careful with this place. I had ordered on accident through Grubhub called and cancelled. The guy said fine but never returned my money and instead found they delivered to the wrong address which is the reason I cancelled. Disputing this charge with my cc company but this is some predatory practices. Plus with three stars seems they need the money. Use cash because who knows with them having your cc number. Also, Grubhub seems ok with this type of behavior using door dash moving forward. read more

Service was great. Ordered online and it was simple and fast. I planned to pick up bc of the reviews about delivery. They're new and not fully staffed it seems. Picked up my order and it was finished on time. They were pretty busy too. The pizza was good but not as good as giordanos. We ordered a large thin half pepperoni half Italian sausage. read more

I ordered a pizza last nightfrom these guys after a really tough week. Not only was the order late, the driver only brought half of it and had to go back and get the rest of it. I could look the other way on that, but he hit my car one of the 2 times he was in the driveway. I left a message at the store as soon as I saw it this morning and was told Omar, the general manager would be there at 2 or 3pm and would call me back. At 8pm, I called snd waited a long time on hold for Omar, who put me back on hold when I told him why I was calling. 15min later some kid gets on the phone and tells me Omar is too busy to talk to me and I should call back tomorrow. I find that appalling that any business would treat their customers this way. Oh....and the car I just bought 6 weeks ago has a massive scratch and paint transfer on the door. read more

616pm I put a Slice order in at Rosati. 8pm, no food has arrived. I called the resturant and they have no record of the order. They say I have to deal with Slice. I contact Slice. Slice contacts the resturant and now they magically have the order, but due to an emergency they need 15 more mins. This is at 810pm. 835pm, contact Slice and they say the resturant needs 10 more mins. 855pm the food finally arrives. The order is not made correctly, the pasta is lukewarm, meatballs are microwaved and the PIZZA IS COLD. THE BEST THEY CSN DO IS REFUND ME THE PIZZA AFTER WATING ALMOST 3 HOURS AND DELIVERED COLD FOOD. Short of sensing me food with hair in it, I would say this is the worst they can do. read more

Favorite place for thin crust in the area. And they're pretty quick too! Our favorite is the mushroom and sausage. And they have pretty good deals too! read more

My pizza arrived cold and all smushed to the left side of the box. When I called to report the problem I was put on hold multiple times and at first was offered a discount off another pizza. I refused because I had guests at home waiting to eat. They finally agreed to sending another pizza out at no cost. When the pizza arrived the driver said "Here girl, it wasn't my fault. It's probably because they sent me on two, three deliverys." It was so awkward and the second pizza arrived a little bit slanted as well but I didn't even waste my time calling again. read more

First time ordering pizza from Rosatis and it will be my last time. I ordered a thin crust mushroom and ground beef. The crust was very good, ground beef was horrible and sauce had absolutely no life just very bland. I'll stick with LEDOS!! read more

New location closer to home and couldn't be happier. Classic Rosatis tavern style thin crust just like all the other locations so no complaints from me. Also I don't know why but the pizza tastes better at this location so they're definitely doing something right. read more

Pizza is decent when it's fresh, but the service is absolutely awful, my pizza was entirely incorrect and they couldn't even find my order when I tried to call them.
