It's crazy that this place has mediocre reviews on Yelp - I thought the pizza was absolutely fantastic! So delicious and fresh! We were in the area and looking for a pizza spot and this was rated well on Google, so we tried it out...we were not disappointed! I tried the following: -La Margherita di Gino Sorbillo -Margherita Gialla "Massimo Bottura" The "La Margherita" is the house specialty and amazing - simple, fresh ingredients to make a delicious Naples-style pizza. The "Massimo Bottura" was also good - it has a special cheese that adds a unique flavor to the dish, but it's really not as mind-blowing as the house special. The service was fine and the ambiance is casual. If you're looking for a traditional Neapolitan pizza, this is an excellent spot! read more

Very good, casual, Neapolitan style pizza chain restaurant. Prompt service / kitchen. We enjoyed both of our pizzas, though our personal preference would be for more of a charred crust. I'd go back here for pizza and try different, perhaps spicier, toppings next time. EDIT: we went back for lunch a 2nd time during our trip -- around 1:00pm on a Saturday. About a 30 minute wait for a table, ordered immediately and had about a 60 minute wait for our pizzas to arrive (tables to our left and right who ordered after us got theirs first AND finished. When I flagged down a waiter to get more water and ask about the pizzas he said "yes - it's coming! It's coming! It's coming!" As he clicked buttons on his phone. We got english menu without any problems, and we came during busy hour at 7pm. Also basic Italian phrases help, I even got complements on my Italian. It takes effort in Italy, remember you in their country they don't have to speak English with you. This place mostly for locals as many said they were referred by locals. If you still not satisfied try their location in Miami maybe there they will speak English lol. Food arrived very quickly and it was delicious. Best Pizza in Milan! Came here because a store clerk in Buenos Aires recommended it to me. This was my first try of pizza in Italy and it didnt disappoint. The inside of this place is really tiny so normally I would've eaten outside but it was raining. The staff was really accommodating and let me pick where I wanted to sit inside since I was dining alone. I ordered a margarita pizza (since I heard that it's popular) and some arancini. The arancini wasn't good. I didnt finish it because I didnt want to waste the calories but it did come with a potato croquette that I absolutely loved. My pizza was really good. It wasnt heavy plus the crust was really flavorful and buttery. I wasnt able to finish it since I had the potato croquette, but I happily took it home. Even though they're a chain, we had to try Sorbillo while in Italy. Again, I don't know how Italians eat a whole pizza for lunch and stay thin. We tried a classic Margherita and the Emilia Romagna: with parmigiano reggiano, Parma ham, Fiordilatte, cherry tomatoes. The Margherita was the wag to go. Their sauce was flavorful, and the mozzarella had a nice tang to it also. The crust had a good chew and held up well. Pricing is more than at your less famous and local places - a Margherita runs €9.40, and the Emilia Romagna was €13.90. Their drinks are also more expensive than elsewhere. Sorbillo's has definitely been very commercialized - it was good and is worth at least one try given if's history, but it wasn't my favorite. read more

Don't let the cheesy interior turn you off. The food is very good here. It's a bit pricier than most other pizza places, but you're paying for a high quality product with excellent ingredients.
