Also, there was a bit of a weight when we got there, but it actually grew to almost a dozen people. They see people quickly so the turnover is pretty fast and you don't wait long. Since I was concerned about limited menu, those fears were allayed when the Waiter takes your order - he lets you know about the four or five other ones that are not on the menu that are all sounding great So we picked 'chef special' (they pick for you) and a white pizza. The service was pretty quick, and the pizza comes out right away Obviously with such high turnover, they have figured out the formula for delicious pizza. They nailed the crust as well as all the ingredients. Really delicious. The toilet facilities definitely need a lot of help. That was my only real comment about the atmosphere. It's very basic, you sit at basic tables. They seemed to all be helpful

The chef's surprise was a salami and burrata pizza, and it was top notch. We also had the Delicata Bianca, which was beautifully balanced. They even went above and beyond to do a half and half pizza for each of us! (See pics) Some of the Italian craft beers surprised us, and we also got a few liqueur shots on the house! Nikola/Nichola was absolutely fantastic: super attentive, friendly, and radiated joy. I also found out he was a fellow Sri Lankan, and we had a good laugh about it. The folks sitting next to us were also super friendly, so we had a great time all around. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Milan :)

My wife said the ravioli was good not great and our lasagna was very tasty but room temperature. I like my food hot. The other person at our table got salmon and it was way overcooked and very tough. Not sure why our other party got Salmon at an Italian restaurant in Italy but to each his own. If you want a glass of wine you only have two choices, white wine and red wine. No other available. This is probably because the restaurant doesn't carry large inventories of wine due to their small size and cost. Overall no way is this above an average restaurant. It's just okay. Heat up your lasagna better, teach your chef how to cook Salmon and expand your glasses of wine selections.

Service is no frills but extremely fast which we definitely appreciated. I would recommend making reservations as they start filling up literally 10 min after they open at 7:30 pm for dinner. If you are craving Neopolitan pizza and located by the Duomo, definitely make a trip here! We came back after 3.5 years for our last dinner this trip to Milan.
