And Brews on 7th seems weirdly comfortable doing exactly that. It's honestly insulting. There are countless coffee shops in Utah that treat customers with basic honesty, follow the law, and don't try to quietly pocket unused balances. Brews on 7th could learn from them--but until they do, they won't see another dime from me.
