First time in the cafe and everyone was great. The coffee was good and the truffles delicious.

Good friendly people. Drinks aren't too bad but don't expect too much. I got a Mango smoothie that tasted like a mango slushie.

Even the ice cream flavors and drinking chocolate get clever historically-inspired names, which adds to the charm. Portions are generous. I usually get the one scoop, which in reality is three small scoops. Get two if you're sharing, and three if you can handle a full sugar coma. My personal favorite, after working my way through nearly the entire menu, is the Abigail Adams' Salted Crack Cookie with salted caramel, cookie chunks, roasted pecans, and smoked almonds. Simply delicious. I'm happy to pay the fair price for premium ice cream this good. They recently opened the Lehi-Traverse Mountain location, and it's packed on weekends. Whether you're bringing a date or the kids, come ready to wait in line, and budget time for everyone to sample more than one flavor before committing. Worth every minute.

Definitely recommend reading the menu before walking in. We sampled 4 different flavors and each were underwhelming. They had a lot of fun flavors, but it was mostly an unflavored ice cream base with a bunch of mix ins. We got the oreo & ice cream sandwich mix in one and all we tasted was the great value brand ice cream sandwich in each bite. I wish the base ice cream had more flavor. The best part was the cone. They are served warm and the flavor was perfect. The cone carries the ice cream. It's also a spendier ice cream (we paid $9 for 2 scoops and a cone). For the price i'd recommend Coldstone instead. The experience was fun though. The workers were in costumes and all the decor was centered around the 1700s. The workers were so sweet and did a great job.

Before your basket is full, you have to stop by the deli counter and order yourself a sandwich. I had #11, the bread was hot pressed croissant panini, but it's savory and a hint of sweet. I can't wait to try the others. Mine comes with fresh mozzarella, cooked spinach, pesto sauce and more... you'll have to try it.

You may want to keep your credit cards and cash at home so you will not blow it all in one visit, there's so much that will tempt you to buy. Employees are very proud of their store and they are very helpful. The prices were surprisingly very reasonable and from what I could tell, not any more than what you would find in other stores. I thought that they would have jacked up the prices, particularly on the international items, but everything is priced reasonably. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

He reached out and made it good. I always say that there's no way any business gets a perfect score. But when it does get a report of a bad experience, it is always an opportunity to show how you handle complaints and can even win more loyalty or more regular customers. Businesses should always use such times to show their customer service side. I've seen it happen both ways, for the business' benefit and also for handling things in a negative way. I came during the lunch rush. Bottom line is that I got my order quickly. Smiles all around from the employees, they were very nice and interested in serving their customers. I got my favorite, the #13 The Original Italian. They just pack their sandwiches with a ton of meat and veggies. Love it. Why, oh why would anyone go to Subw**? Subw** shops has that processed smell, can't describe it any other way. Jersey Mike's subs just taste more fresh all the way around and not processed like that other chain's sandwiches. Anyway, very pleased with the service and the quality of my sandwich. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here.
