I wish all companies had customer service as good as these guys!…read moreSo I woke up on the coldest day of the year to a mistaken fuel delivery, which worked out super well, considering I was down to a quarter tank and delivery dates were out 2 weeks from all the surrounding suppliers. The delivery driver had left a note apologizing for the mistake and asking me to call down and make arrangements with the office. Fast forward a couple days and there was a bit of a mix up with our payment arrangement, after calling to find out what happened, they managed to call my bank and fix things before I had a chance to. Super friendly people down there, you just don't see that kind of service anymore. Needless to say, they got a customer for a long time here! Can't reccomend them enough!!

And, let me tell you, we couldn't be happier with our decision. 1. Car buying doesn't have to be painful. We both used the same Sales Expert, Carlos Pineda. Carlos is knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely cares about his customers and is looking to create lasting business relationships - he's not just looking to "get the sale". He was responsive and thorough at every interaction. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 2. Car buying doesn't have to take all day. When the Business Manager knows what he's doing and isn't looking to sell you something you don't need or leave you waiting to make you "sweat it out", it can be incredibly painless. Bo Cranick had everything ready to go, was well prepared and is an expert at what he does. Again, thorough, kind and genuinely cares about his customers and the business. 3. We've got free oil changes as part of our purchase and I will gladly drive to Valenti to do it. We were introduced to the Service Team and felt like valued customers. I can only assume that this means that the dealership is run properly from the top down. You can tell when you're dealing with a business that has a good culture and while good culture and car dealerships aren't often thought of in the same sentence, Valenti is proof that it's possible.

Manager said, come on in, anytime, despite my wanting to make an appointment. Next day, I show up at 11:30a, said I was the guy who called asking to make an appointment for a balancing. All of the staff were at max capacity, and manger was looking a bit frazzled. Manager recognized me by my intro. I said, "I'll bet you wish you.." and he finished my sentence: "wished I hadn't told you to come in anytime?" We both chuckled, and he said, "let me see what I can do." He popped his head into the shop, and within seconds, said, "I've got you." Fifteen minutes later, a tech popped out of the shop and asked if my wheels had EVER been balanced, because there was no sign of any weights ever having been there (alloy rims). I said that I was surprised, because Costco had done the install six years earlier, and I had never had problems with their work before. Needless to say, they now ride super smooth, and I have complete respect for the manager and technicians. Highly recommend.

Why would I do that after you just stiffed me on my appointment. Not a reliable business when they can be so cavalier about a basic facet of business - keep your appointments.
