He is all work and will focus on your shipping efforts with complete professionalism. I think some customers feel that they must be catered to in all situations and be treated like honored guest. This is not the place for that. This is nothing more than a professional and well maintained shipping store. If you expect to get your ego massaged while you wait in line.. you wont.. Further more, I have had many situations where products have been returned for various reasons. The parcel center handles these situations with perfect delicacy and excellent follow-up. On several occasions they would re-package and re-send with out ant additional cost even though it was probably my fault for sending the item to the wrong address. Additionally I have had many , many customer complements after I shipped something about how well the item was packaged and how fast it was received. All and all, I have had nothing but excellent service from The Parcel center for many years and I will continue to go there for all my shipping needs.

The employees I interacted with were pleasant and efficient. The prices were on par with other competitors. They also have an off street parking lot directly across the street from the warehouse. This business fills up quickly (they have a waiting line outside when they hit capacity) with patron, so my best tip would be to arrive early, so you have ample time to browse all of the different sections of the warehouse.

I paid $700 for this generator 8 years ago and he expects me to give him $500 without even speaking to me about anything for the last three months, and not even return returning my phone calls. He should have given me the option to either spend that kind of money on this generator or not. This used to be a good company but it is not anymore. they're communication is not existent, and very unprofessional practices.

This company is GREAT! I have an older full sized snow thrower with low hours of use. I stopped by Stonington Power Equipment in hopes they could upgrade my almost antique snow thrower. They never tried to sell me a new unit. After hearing my tale of woe, I was told that they could do the job. In less than a week they called before arriving, picked up the unit, did the work and delivered it back with the new starter complete. Works like a charm! The cost to do the work was incredibly reasonable and pickup / delivery was free. The staff are most pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend this business!
