First bite review: My first bite was all carne asada and let me tell you, this asada would have been amazing in a taco too. It was seasoned so well. We had an hour drive home and it was still hot and fresh when we got home. The guy that took our order was funny and chill. The shrimp was also seasoned so well, when I watched them scoop the meat onto this potato my mouth was watering. The potato is seasoned well, not too salty. If it wasn't potato id eat this every day! The food truck looked clean and they had everything ready in the back to serve! Honestly this place needs more hype, even if that means I gotta wait longer in line! **It was so good I forgot to take a picture of the food.

We chose the Pizza Kitchen Connection. The pizza is really so,so good. The only negative thing was the salad. They only drizzled salad dressing on it. Very, very little salad dressing. Lots of fun! A great way to explore the new up and coming businesses in the area. I love being able…read moreto sample out items and ask the owners questions about their products and food. My favorite thing of all is coming to pop-up places like this to see and try the vegetarian and vegan food and product options. I get really excited to find new places that are cruelty free and have a great product! I also like the variety of things you will find at pop ups like jewelry, clothing, and soaps. It's such a fun time to experience the different products and get to know the owners and what inspired them to start their businesses. I enjoy running into people that are ambitious and following their dreams. I love to support that, especially when their morals and values align with mine and they don't want to harm animals. The Magnolia Market is a small gathering but has a big impact on the community. Check it out to support the new businesses trying to make a name for themselves.

The pricing can seem high, but when you consider the time, quality of ingredients, and the artistry that goes into these buns/ dumplings, i think they are worth it.
