They come with rice, beans, onions - and there was plenty of tasty meat in both. Their green sauce is delicious. They also give you a delicious new potato, grilled & salted jalapeño which is delicious but I almost hurt myself with it (so be careful if you eat the jalapeño) and delicious grilled onions. The price is right, conscience couldn't be better and the food is great - 5 stars!

I got an excellent chicken burrito filled with so much diced chicken and pinto beans and rice for $10 ($11 with tax). My boyfriend got the pastor burrito and loved it as well and he got the full deal; cilantro and onion, came with a potato, grilled onions and a jalapeño on the side too. We will definitely come back the next time we are driving thru this area. Their tomatillo sauce was also super delicious as well and we went back for seconds and thirds of it! We only ate half as it was so good and filling so already looking forward to lunch tomorrow.

The restaurant was pretty much empty which is a plus for my wife and I. HOWEVER, there are 2 different shifts and we prefer the 2 guys. Luckily she didn't swallow it. Still love this place and will still visit but we'll be more careful about the food.

They were extremely rubbery, and many of the ends were so burnt they weren't even edible. I order this same burrito from other locations fairly often and have never had this experience before. The horchata they offer is bomb too!! The tacos are a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth the money. I love to know that I am helping small businesses, and again... the food is delicious!! The only downfall - I really wish they would provide more salsa and limes, I love extra sauce and limes with my tacos! I look forward to seeing them at the local Mesa Farmer's market on Saturday's!

Chilte. Chill-tayyy, omg. Lemme tell you all about Chilte f*cking tacos…read more First of all--this dynamic duo that owns Chilte are seriously the sweetest people. My boyfriend and I love to come on ova and visit them whenever we are in the mood for supporting a small business with really great ideals and values. I have watched as the young woman that takes the orders and payments tries to engage every one of the customers in meaningful conversation (when she's not entirely too busy because the demand for Chilte is high, of course). You can tell that she truly cares about providing great service. Second of all--these combos. Like--who--who comes up with this stuff?! Pinneapples on a burger?! Dude, I SWEAR I didn't know I needed it in my life until I tasted it. Screw pineapple on pizza. I'm all about pineapple on burgers now. (Well, I don't like pineapple on pizza anyway, but that's another story.) The chef is a CHEF‍. This guy really knows what he is doing. Lastly-what I truly value about Chilte is what they stand for. For instance, my first time visiting them, they gave me a pretty cool Chile-itized Frida Kahlo sticker for my hydroflask! In my eyes, Frida is an icon because she knew what limits she had, but never allowed those to prevent her from sharing her work. She never allowed others' harsh words to get to her, bring her down, or prevent her from expressing herself in her art. Paying homage to icons like that really says a lot about a company. It becomes more than "just food". It speaks to what they value. They also really value the idea of collaboration--not competition amongst other small businesses. Personally, this is something I really like to see because it breaks my heart when small business owners aren't able to provide services due to the amount of competition. Chilte really does like to build up and advertise other vendors at events they attend whether it's by doing a collaboration on a menu item or a simple instagram story showing other food at the farmer's market they are at. When you end up supporting Chilte, your money goes further. The power of purchasing is strong with this one . Lastly, you can also tell they really value giving the best product to the customer. They spend so much time prepping food before an event and really are putting their heart and soul into making this business flourish. It's truly a beautiful thing to see . You gotta try Chilte, dude. So go get your boo up early on a saturday morning, get yourselves on over to the farmer's market, and Eat. These. Tacos.
