I explained that I had already been charged, and the employees told me the order would be refunded. During the interaction, a second employee took over, and both employees were rude and dismissive. When I said I would be contacting corporate, the response I received was essentially, "Good luck with that," which I found incredibly unprofessional. As I was leaving, I took a photo to document the incident, and one of the employees waved at me. That only reinforced how unprofessional the entire interaction felt. To make matters even more frustrating, the customer behind me was still served after I was turned away. Yelp also lists this location's drive-thru as being open until midnight, making the refusal to honor my prepaid mobile order even more confusing. I hope management addresses both the customer service issues and the way prepaid mobile orders are handled. When we voiced these concerns, the situation was escalated unnecessarily by staff. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, employees chose to contact law enforcement. This response was completely disproportionate to the situation. There was no disturbance, no threat, and no unlawful behavior, only paying customers seeking access to an available restroom. When officers arrived, the circumstances were explained, further highlighting how unnecessarily this situation had been escalated by this public establishment. The female employees working between approximately 7:50 PM and 9:00 PM that evening were unprofessional and appeared to arbitrarily decide who was "allowed" to use the restroom. This type of selective and inconsistent treatment reflects extremely poor judgment and a clear lack of basic customer service standards. Denying restroom access to paying customers, especially a large party of approximately 15, including children is unacceptable. The defensiveness, inconsistency, and escalation only made the situation worse. This reflects poorly on management and raises serious concerns about how customers are treated at this location. I expect this matter to be addressed. No customer spending that amount of money should be treated in this manner.
