Found this gem of a taco spot that is just as good as the best I've had anywhere I've had in Southern California. They're usually open late, the portions are pretty darn large, and the prices are more than reasonable. They have a great assortment of toppings and salsas and make their tortillas fresh. This place pretty much checks all the important boxes for me personally when it comes to taco spots I love. I came here late at night and the line wasn't too crazy. Not as lively as more popular spots I've been to, but there were a few people in line. You do get the vibe that this spot is a favorite among locals. I ordered a vampiro (crunchier tortilla with a layer of caramelized cheese that holds the meat and toppings) with asada and two al pastor tacos. Usually, I can eat that easily, but with the portions here, it was a bit of a chore. The smoky flavors and fresh toppings and salsa were all on point. The horchata I got to wash everything down was also very good. A true gem of a spot in the Inland Empire.

I was excited to find Cornrageous at the Rancho Cucamonga Farmers Market at Terra Vista Town…read moreCenter. I've tried elote and esquites from a variety of mobile vendors and Cornrageous is one of the better ones. The difference starts with the corn that they use - it's fresh, fire-roasted corn. Fire-roasted corn makes the best elote and esquites because of the extra flavor that roasting imparts. It's hard to find fire-roasted corn from mobile or brick and mortar places that make elote and esquites. Choose a cob ($5) or a bowl of corn, $6. Next, choose the spice combo (e.g., jerk seasoning, lemon pepper, BBQ, curry, etc). The corn comes with butter, mayo, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes. It's made to order so it's fully customizable. I spotted some crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos which I didn't see listed on the printed menu. * Bowl of corn, Louisiana City Style ($6): with Cajun seasoning & crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos: The corn kernels were small, tender, and sweet. I liked how the bowl of corn was dry (some places make esquites too soupy). They didn't add as much butter, mayo, and cheese as other places - but that's probably a good thing and you can always ask for extra anything. The sweetness of the corn combined with the tang of the lemon juice and the hint of spices plus parsley were so good that I wished they had a bigger size. Cornageous is owned by two US veterans. One of the founders' families owned a corn farm in Mexico - hence, the love of corn. You can find Cornrageous at the Victoria Gardens and Terra Vista Farmers Markets in Rancho Cucamonga.

The day before the event, I received a vague text from an unknown number stating they would arrive at 10am the following day. On the day of the party, they never showed. Dozens of calls went unanswered as both provided numbers were turned off, leaving 50+ guests without food. Later to find out they decided to go out of town on vacation. My husband had to leave his child's first birthday for hours, spending over $700, and scramble for replacement catering. At 6:30 PM--long after the party--a random number texted us claiming the event was canceled because we didn't "confirm" (something never disclosed or requested). This was not only false, but insulting given the deposit and confirmation we had already provided. When confronted, they shifted blame, denied receiving payment, and showed zero accountability. The man was extremely disrespectful to me on the phone and I was in utter shock. Customer service, communication, and basic professionalism were completely absent. I cannot speak to their food because it never showed up. They ruined a milestone celebration for our family. The only apology came after realizing my husband's company is a major client of theirs. That speaks volumes. I would not recommend this company and I really hope and pray that this never happens to anyone else moving forward. I wish this had never happened to us, but I hope that a lesson was learned on their end to help future clients never have to go through what we did. Their idea of making it right to try and not lose my husband's business was to have us use them again in the future and still pay a hefty price. Insulted and extremely heart broken.

We called dozens of times, only to find that every number was disconnected. When we finally reached them, they initially tried to place the blame on us until realizing the host had connections with a larger client of theirs. At that point, the story changed, but the damage was already done. This was supposed to be a special celebration, and their actions were unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend trusting them with any important event.
