The Greek salad was a touch too simple (needed a few more olives I think to punch it up), but evenly coated with dressing and fresh. The desert case is also packed full of great looking cakes, bars and cookies and worthy of a repeat trip (prices in the case range from $68-88). They advertise a special of like $98 for a glass of Prosecco and a dessert! It appeared some couples were wandering in to enjoy this just as we were leaving. Around 7PM when we arrived on a Friday, the place was not busy at all (which I know is bad for business, but preferred by us!). It was nice to sit with the open air on the first floor and simply enjoy our time. They have upstairs seating as well and it is closed in, the downstairs part is more open to the outside elements when the weather is nice. I walk by this place almost every day and the busy feeling of brunch on the weekend or packed lunch crowd during the week is different than the quieter evening vibe. The best dish was the Chicken Waterzooi, which was supposedly cooked in beer reduction, but just tasted really cheesy to me - which I'm ok with (also a huge fan of cheese). The other dishes we got were just plan disaster. The prosciutto tartine which was supposed to come with buffalo mozarella came without the cheese, and with a friendly hair on it. Not great. So we sent it back and got a new one, which tasted alright, but not good enough for the price. The stars are for their exceptional customer service though - the staff were friendly and super nice. The store was really well designed. It has a long bar table for the baristas to use, it has many seating indoor and a few outdoor. The store front has coffee related accessories to browse and purchase. Anyway, we didn't had any siphon, we had 2 cups of cappuccino. I forgot which bean we chose but they were both pretty good. Really glad to see the specialty coffee culture is booming in Hong Kong. Hopefully i can visit this coffee shop again soon! We didn't get to meet Pinky this time. It's also an incomplete visit to a cha chaang teng without the coffee milk tea and on top of that, I also got a side of scrambled eggs. The pineapple bun was kind of dense and dry, even with the slab of butter. The egg tarts were also dry with a plain-tasting custard. The coffee milk tea was fine but we didn't realize until visiting another cha chaang teng that hot usually means unsweetened. And the scrambled eggs were so plain...I just remember cha chaang teng scrambled eggs being super silky and creamy. This was just disappointing and I didn't need to order normal, regular-tasting scrambled eggs. They're saving grace is how cheap everything was. For that price, it just felt like we got what we paid for...lower quality food. I was very confused because I feel like I read a lot of raving reviews about this place so maybe we visited on an off day. But out of every place we tried, this was pretty low on our list.

It came with an orange juice and strangely a hamburger patty. Dont usually get that in an breakfast set, but I'm not complaining! Dont really have much to complain about, except that the sausage is a little bit weird. Its almost too chewy as if its overly processed.
