XL Pizza... Half "Hawaiian Tsunami" and half "Philly Cheesesteak". Both were YUMMO!

Great spot for "late night" food. We came here for pizza after a late night movie that let out at 2:30am, and this spot was open, so we decided to try it. They have more than pizza, but we went for the pizza, and were pleasantly surprised at the variety of options and unique flavors they have. We had a half "Hawaiian Tsunami" and half "Philly Cheesesteak", and very much enjoyed both. I totally recommend this place. They are open late, and at least their pizzas are good. Can't speak on anything else... YET!!

Best pizza I've had in a very long time. I got the medium stuffed crust with steak ham and pepperoni and it was beyond expectations. I live west side but next time I'm out this way definitely coming back.

So unfortunately I won't recommend this place for pizza. With the cost of things and inflation I don't understand why some pizza locations Insist on cheating the customer. We ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, red onions, jalapeños and extra cheese to the cost total of $36. If there was a complete slice of a red onion divided upon the whole pizza would have been much. I get it jalapeños must be cheap since that was the one topping that was visible. Mushroom were pretty much mia and the pepperonis were hide and seek. Hate to think how much cheese it would've had if I didn't ask for extra cheese. I'm a 1 and done specially for $36. Taste and dough quality lil Cesar's is ahead and that a lot of credit to lil Cesar's been compared to an Italian pizza joint. Thanks for reading and try Pizzanista or Ravello Osteria up the street on Garfield you'll get you moneys worth.

I Don't Learn I Said I was Not going to buy from here because their prices have gone up and their portions down. My son wanted us to give it another try so I gave in, boy am I disappointed! Almost $50 for a Large Pizza and a pasta that used to feed a family of 4 shrunk to feed 2 people. Gina's I gave you another chance and you let me down! I learned my lesson! Included a picture of what used to be their serving size, the round container.

I don't know whats with all the bad reviews??? I'll give my honest opinion. The pizza looks and taste great. The cheese pull was good, the sauce was tasty, and the pepperoni was good quality. The service seemed nice although i ordered takeout, they were nice. The timing they had said it would take 15 minutes, but it took like 20 mins so i mean.. that to me isn't too big of a deal. It was a little pricey like 20$ for a small pizza, it was tasty tho. All in all i will come back here again, and it's convenient for me since they're open till 5 am, and there is times when i'm a night owl and want a dinner at this time. Thank you for your hard work.

Yes!! Gina was great! My boyfriend and I wanted pizza that wasn't from Dominos or Pizza Hut. Something authentic. This place hit that spot. I would recommend calling ahead. The wait time for an XL pizza and a side of wings was an hour. It was about $33 for the pizza and wings. Totally worth it. I'll be back.

A friend of my recommended to Gina's Pizzeria to their pizza and other items their menu. I check it out first on my mind a slice pizza because I like too see how good is the pizza and taste and also if they use good quality ingredients in their pizza. I step in the restaurant and I look at their menu I didn't see if they slice pizza available I ask they say no. I decided order a turkey and cheese sub and 12 pieces Wing to go. I arrive home I open the containers and the food looks goods and I took a bite of the turkey and cheese sub it taste very good and enjoy the flavors of the sandwich and I started with the wings. The wings were also good little bit salty I have a choice of flavors including Buffalo I choose Buffalo flavors . Overall I enjoy it but little bit disappointed they didn't sell slice pizza I would come back again.

I remember really liking it, but for some reason we hadn't been back in a while. This week my husband couldn't stop talking about wanting an Italian sub, and Frumento's immediately came to mind. We drove down and ordered the '58 Classic and another tuna sub, both as combos. The sides absolutely stole the show. The purple cabbage was so good, the coleslaw wasn't my personal favorite but my husband loved it, the four bean salad was absolutely mouthwatering, and the marinated mushrooms were also delicious. They use the same parking lot as Summerfield so it can get busy at some times. I called in to place an order for dinner and it was super easy and convenient. I ordered their Di Pilla Special pizza and a medium Parpadelle special pasta. The total for these dishes came out to be $62. Their portions are quite large since they're a family style restaurant. They also gave us complimentary bread which tasted amazing! I will say that I felt really heavy and full after this meal so this is definitely a cheat meal type of food. Food: Parpadelle Special Pasta (9/10): The noodles are huge and thick and the sauce gets absorbed perfectly. There's mushrooms, spinach, chicken with a white sauce base. They loaded this dish up with sauce which was heavenly. I even dipped my complimentary bread in the sauce because it just tasted that good. The chicken was so soft and wasn't overcooked at all. Between a family of three, there was a perfect amount and didn't have any leftovers. Di Pilla Special Pizza (9/10): Wow, the amount of toppings? Insane. We ordered the medium size which is a 14 inch. There was pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, hamburger, and bacon. I had to go back to their menu to see what toppings there were because wow was there a load full. I thought that the mushroom and bell pepper did overpower most of the slice. We had so many slices left over because of how full each slice makes you. I had it the day after and It was still tasty. I need to come back and try their other menu options. They have so many options to choose from which gets overwhelming because everything sounds amazing!

Service could use a bit more personality, ambiance is original, dated but rustic, old school. We were seated promptly at a booth. Our server arrived shortly, Hubby, of course, ordered a glass of a very good Chianti (the best part of the experience). We took a bit more time to peruse the menu. He knew precisely what he wanted & it took me a bit to decide. The chicken piccata was the winner & I opted for angel hair with plenty of veggies. The table bread was pretty tasty with the balsamic & olive oil. Hubby wasn't all that impressed with his dish but I found it much better than my flavorless meal. Mine lacked depth-- did they season it? It was rather disappointing. I was hoping to have a local Italian restaurant as a go to but sadly, it wasn't at all a great first impression. If Hubby didn't care for his meal, I doubt he would be convinced to revisit to give it another fair shake. At least the Chianti was great choice. Too bad, I had high hopes for Di Pilla's. Service was decent. Dedicated free small parking lot, no outdoor seating.

Well, that time FINALLY came! My sister and I were hanging out reminiscing over our late mother together, on her birthday and decided to get Italian food (her favorite). We both agreed Four Bricks would be THE SPOT! Needless to say, we were so right! We were greeted and sat with no reservation at around 4:30pm, thankfully there was no wait at that time. However, the restaurant quickly filled up. Our server was very attentive but not over bearing. For our appetizer, we chose bruschetta. 12/10 The perfectly dressed tomatoes and basil sat on a pillowy burrata cloud and melted in your mouth. YUMMMM!! I opted for the penne ala vodka, while she chose the bolognese. 10/10 The penne w/vodka sauce had a surprising hint of spice that was decadent and savory. The bolognese had a slightly creamier taste without the spice and was equally as flavorful. Finally, we ordered the lemon butter cake. 10/10 When I tell you this cake was delicious ... woahhh!! It was a nice crisp butter cake but the lemon zest paired with the coulis and fruit gave the perfect balance. We were told the restaurant would be closing and that it was the final day of service. Made us both bummed to hear since the hospitality and true Italian food with homemade pasta was such a delight. Impeccable place overall! We were greeted by the host and waited about 2-3 minutes to be seated. There were around 4 or 5 tables that were already seated and/or eating. Setting: typical western restaurant with booths and tables. Quite dark inside. We were sat at a booth but the seats had a bunch of residual bread crumbs on them. We had to ask a waiter/busboy to clean off the seats for us. Food: This restaurant is known for their pizza so we ordered their signature pizza to share. We also ordered the fried zucchini appetizer and the spaghetti bolognese which came with a side (Minestrone soup) There was complimentary bread and butter for the table - it was soft and fluffy on the inside and had a nice crust. But it came out cold. Would have been better if it was warmed up. Fried zucchini: well breaded, came with ranch. Portion size was ok, not too big but not too little either. But quite expensive at $11 for an appetizer that did not WOW the table. Minestrone Soup: average, quite salty, given it is early in the evening, the soup should not be this salty whereas the end of the day usually means the soup has been reduced and concentrated by warming/simmering. Spaghetti Bolognese: plenty of meat in the sauce and pretty tasty as well; but the biggest flaw was that the spaghetti was way overcooked. Huge negative for an Italian restaurant - the base/pasta of your dishes should be perfect and this was far from Al dente. Petrillo Signature Pizza: loaded with toppings, they did not cheap out with the toppings and pretty tasty as well; however, another big flaw was that the dough was dry and dense - the dough did not rise. The yeast in the dough was either non-existent or was not given enough time to rise and create the fluffy dough and crust texture of a typical pizza. We basically got dense flatbread. As this was the signature pizza, it was quite disappointing. Service: Average, nothing great. The servers came by a couple times only after the food came out. Could have really stopped by a couple more time to check in. Rating: 2 stars Review summary is based on mainly food quality as the quality of the food, attention to detail, and execution all was very subpar. Given the kitchen was not super busy on a Saturday evening, the poor quality leaves much to desire.
