It really was a great balance and not overly sweet. We also ordered fries, crab ragoon, and chicken wings. All our food came out piping hot and crispy! I can't even remember the drinks we got because I was so focused on eating the bingsu lol The seating is pretty limited, but it was really nice and clean inside. If you need to pay cash, you go up to the front otherwise the self-service kiosk can take card. Parking can be a little tricky in this area, but there IS street parking. The owners here are super sweet and made great conversation with our large group.

You can also order at the pick-up window too and ask the employees questions if you need help. I ordered at the pick-up window because I wanted to see if I could do a matcha and mango combination since I did not see that was an option. Since it was not during their busy hour they were able accommodate my request which was so kind of them!! Really enjoyed that combination and had an even better experience because they were so nice about my request. I also decided to try one of their drinks before leaving. Got one of their passionfruit mango teas with was very refreshing especially with how hot it was outside. Had a great experience here and will come again!

She was trying to charge the fudge as a full mix in topping. Nothung in the menu indicates that is the case.Been coming here 9 years never been over charged like this not once not ever. Staff was rude. Tried applying rules for ice cream sundaes to shakes when that's not what is written on their menu. When I showed it to both employees they still refused and insisted on charging the inaccurate (fraudulent???) price. Until this kind of unprecedented unprofessional behavior is addressed.I would suggest staying away to avoid being over charged.

Oh my gosh - so glad I did. I hit it right at the perfect time as well - walked in and there was a few people there and just a couple in line who were finishing up. I did the flight of six favors to go - and they were amazing. My favorite was what I think was blackberry basil - so good. Ooey gooey butter cake also a favorite, but the smores was some of the best flavored smores items I have ever had. I think I had cinnamon, lavender honey and one other flavor i can't remember. I will definitely be back, can't wait actually!

One of my favorite things is to see what record they are spinning for the night. We ordered the scarecrow sundae tonight. It was topped with pumpkin butter, oat crumble, and hot caramel sauce. It had a lot going on, but paired with the plain vanilla ice cream it was truly a perfect fall treat. Kind of reminiscent of a slice of pie with ice cream. They have some indoor seating and a couple tables on the patio. We came on a Friday night and enjoyed our ice cream across the street in the park. It was truly a perfect end to our night.

The customer service was good, and everyone working there was friendly. The staff is really young, and you can tell they're still figuring out their flow, but they were trying, and that matters. We hit them during a busy stretch, so there was some wait time, but nothing unreasonable. The kiddos ordered the powdered waffle and cookies & cream ice cream. * The waffle was okay -- it definitely needed some kind of syrup and a lot more powdered sugar to really pop. * The ice cream, though? Amazing. * And in true teen logic, they realized that if they combined the waffle with the ice cream, it was fire. Honestly, that might be the move. The shop itself has a cool vibe: about five tables with three chairs each, enough space to sit without feeling cramped, and a really fun selfie wall that gives the place some personality. All in all, a decent stop with good service, a young crew learning the ropes, and a vibe that makes it worth checking out if you're nearby.
