The gratuity was included in the bill, so the server had no incentive to check on us or replenish drinks. Steaks were served without knives. No one checked on our meals. We had to ask for dishes that were never brought out. One guest never got their dessert. We had to flag the server down many times. No one took any leftover food home because it was so awful!
