I had kids and started a business and took about 15 years off of golf. Like everyone else, I got back into golf during the pandemic. I felt like I was starting over. After a few months of scores over 100 I decided to seek out golf lessons. Steve came highly recommended by a friend. I had watched every youtube video on the web about getting rid of my slice and gave each tip an honest try. Steve taught me to focus on being relaxed and keeping a nice tempo. He also showed me how completing the rotation of my shoulders in my follow through automatically squared up my clubface at impact. In my 2nd lesson I was able to hit some of my iron shots pure. By my third lesson they were going longer and my swing felt so smooth and effortless. I started regularly shooting rounds in the low 90's on the hardest courses in the area. By lesson 6 I started to be able to regularly hit a draw on my driver with a slight inside out path, keeping my balance, and getting that club face closed with my shoulders on the follow through. I have now had 8 lessons and I am shooting in the high 80's on hard courses pretty regularly. Now pretty much every time I am out someone stops me and tells me how great and effortless my swing looks. I am hitting more fairways, more greens, and my short game lessons have improved my putting and my chipping. I am now making almost everything from 6 feet in, and have significantly improved my longer putts. I still have good days and bad days, but my bad days are better than my good days were before my lessons. Lastly, Steve is the best deal in town from a bang for your buck stand point. I paid $150 for a 4 lesson package which comes out to only $37.50 per lesson. You can't find a better deal.

Coach Kelly was highly recommended by many of my friends. Consistently, they described him as chill, laid back and a great teacher. My wife and I booked a private session with him. We met at his house and he has an indoor golf simulator. On session one, we worked on grip, hip rotation and hinge. On session two (3 weeks later), Coach Kelly worked with our rotation, power shift in the hips and our follow through on the swing. From this point on, we will take individual lessons with him. We've incorporated everything he taught us and are making micro improvements as we continue our golf journey. Scheduling was simple. Prices very reasonable. And that man is Hawaiian! That should tell you enough about his personality. I highly recommend Coach Kelly!

Coach Kelly was so patient with her, encouraged her and because of his knowledge and teaching style allowed her to grow so much in such a short time. If your child is playing competitive junior golf, you know how hard it is to get them to practice…read moreintentionally. We discovered The Golf Garage after noticing that some of the top players in our 9-year-old son's tournaments were training here. Booking a lesson with Mike was the best decision we've made for his game. This is not just hitting balls into a screen. Mike combines video analysis, TrackMan data, and advanced AI to compare your child's swing mechanics directly against the ideal blueprint. The impact was instant. Instead of mindlessly pounding balls at a traditional driving range, our son completely changed his approach. He slows down, uses the video feedback to check his setup, hits the ball, and then walks over to the computer to analyze his data. He craves that instant feedback, and it has taught him incredible discipline. The results speak for themselves. After working with Mike for just a short time, our son has gained at least one club length on his irons and a massive 30+ yards on his driver. While you can never completely replace playing on real grass, The Golf Garage is absolutely the missing piece for elite, data-driven training. If you want your kid to truly compete and win, go see Mike.

From the start of the stay pulling up to the security gate and getting greeted with so much energy and friendliness then being handed a rosemary bag to bring you into the mood. Immediately I knew I would love this place. The valets were great. The lobby staff were great. I was at the resort for two days and I swear I never touched a door to open. My room was ready early which was a bonus and the room. Again just great. Spacious. Ultra clean. All the amenities you could want. Fridge bar area. Fireplace. Sliding double doors to a private patio overlooking a fantastic golf course. Giant bathroom with separate soaking tub that was divine. I could review the golf all by itself. Super nice caddy Jack who it was a pleasure to spend the day working alongside and perfect weather because it can certainly get hot out there. We had a catered private lunch and then we had dinner in the bar area and everything was, you guess it, perfect. I will be back it's just a matter of when.

Just an FYI - I looked at the website before coming and it did say that they do provide folding chairs for their shows and we can bring our own as long as they are the low 4" or lower off the ground type and not the 14" ones from the ground with a built in cup holder which are the ones I have. Luckily my friend has the really low ones and she brought those. Much to our surprise they did not have any chairs on the grass set up at all - which was completely different than what's written on the website. So it was a good thing my friend brought hers. I started golfing in July 2025 and bought a 5-lesson package with Edison to begin my journey…read more Looking back, it was easily one of the best decisions I could have made for my golf game. Early on, I would see Edison every 2-3 weeks, and even to this day, the videos, data, drills, and explanations from those lessons have stuck with me. What I appreciate most is that Edison doesn't just tell you what to change. He takes the time to understand your swing tendencies, uses technology and data to show you what's happening, and most importantly, explains WHY you're missing the way you are. That has been huge for me. Instead of constantly searching for random swing fixes, I've learned how to understand my own swing and diagnose what I'm doing when something goes wrong. I can actually take that knowledge onto the course and make adjustments during a round. I've come a long way since starting. I broke 100 within my first eight months of playing, my scores continue to come down, and now I'm working toward breaking 90. As I've become more established as a golfer, I still go back to Edison every month or so for maintenance, small adjustments, and to make sure I'm continuing in the right direction. Another thing that really stands out is how much he genuinely cares about his students. There have been times when I've sent him a swing from the range and he'll take the time to quickly look at it and give me feedback. That might seem like a small thing, but as a student, it's HUGE and shows how invested he is in helping you improve. I also constantly go back and watch the recordings from our lessons. Having those videos along with the numbers and explanations makes every lesson something I can continue learning from long after it's over. Edison is patient, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly good at explaining the golf swing in a way that actually makes sense. He has helped me build not only a better swing, but a much better understanding of my own game. I'll continue going back to him as I keep improving. I've worked with him since the very beginning of my golf journey, and he's the coach for me. Highly recommend Edison to anyone who is serious about getting better at golf.

In an effort to hit more fairways and lower my handicap, I had unknowingly shortened my swing, which was costing me distance. Right away, Edison identified an issue with my weight distribution using the smart2move plates. I had no idea I was loading my weight much too late in the swing. He also taught me several techniques to create more swing width and make a fuller turn without sacrificing control. I knew my angle of attack wasn't where it needed to be, but after just one lesson I saw a noticeable improvement. In my very next round, I was back to hitting drives around 280 yards total, and I felt much more confident standing over the ball. I highly recommend Edison. His attention to detail, ability to explain the "why" behind the changes, and patience throughout the lesson made a huge difference. If you're looking to improve your swing and build confidence, he's an outstanding instructor.
