The customer service was great! I needed the attendant to turn on the vacuum for me at least three (3) times and he was ready and happy to do it every time. Your car won't be as clean as paying for a detail, but you can save over $200!

They completely backtracked and lied about their commitment to cover the damage. This place is poorly managed and takes zero accountability for the damage their equipment causes.
