I didn't have a shoe to repair today, but I had a bunch of questions on several topics. Juan was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and information. Plus he is cheerful and has a great sense of humor. I loved just standing in his shop--it was an amazement and like something out of an elf's time capsule or a movie set or something--I dunno. I didn't want to leave it. I now need to go and break a shoe!

I thought it would be easy to get something personalized and spent untold hours on the computer, only to be disappointed again and again. After continually filling out information, I would find that the hat I wanted was either ridiculously expensive to personalize or required a minimum number to purchase. Finally, my husband suggested I look for a local business. Finding Bergen and Company was a wonderful option. They helped me find a vendor to get exactly the hat I needed at an exceptionally reasonable price, did a beautiful job with the embroidery, and were extremely respectful of my concern for delivery during this Covid pandemic. I recommend them very highly and will certainly be using this fine company for future orders.

I recommend that you avoid them like the plague.
