They arrived as scheduled and completed the project within the three days planned. What impressed us most was how well they worked around the tenants. With five occupied units, I was concerned about the disruption a project this size could cause, but they were very mindful of each tenant's space and worked around what was available to them. No one was unnecessarily inconvenienced, which we greatly appreciated . I also had the pleasure of meeting the crew personally. They were polite, respectful, professional, and easy to work with. The project stayed on schedule, and they handled themselves professionally from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Alexander Company and would feel comfortable using them again for future projects.

Alexander was one of them which my neighbor recently hired to replace her windows. I met four window estimators and Alex from Alexander came across as honest, direct and trustworthy. No sales gimmicks, no rebates, and no pressure. And it turned out Alex gave me the best price. I also liked the fact that they came back without charge and fixed a frame problem that my neighbor was having with her new windows. Four months later, Rosy called to schedule an installation date for my new windows. Two days later, Jose, Carlos and two other crew showed up in two trucks on time to start the installation. The installation team worked seamlessly as a team, they first carefully covered the floor and surrounding to protect my floor and furniture. Then they went to work. From demolition, installation, to clean up, it took less than a day for six windows. They were friendly, efficient, skillful, knowledgeable and professional. Today, I look at my new Marvin windows and I couldn't be happier! Thank you, Alexander company and the entire team that work on this project! I appreciated it!

Alfredo helped me navigate the technical side of things, making sure I picked out a door with the exact right specs for my opening, and he was able to order it for me at an extremely competitive price. The door arrived in about three weeks. The moment Alfredo started the installation, his craftsmanship and attention to detail were immediately apparent. He didn't rush the job at all; he took his time to ensure everything was done flawlessly. The alignment is absolutely perfect, and the door seal is incredibly tight. Alfredo's pricing for his labor is extremely fair--honestly, he might want to consider raising his prices for the caliber of work he delivers. If you are looking to buy a new front door or need one installed, do yourself a favor and call Alfredo. We would recommend him to ANYONE.

If he didn't know the precise answer, he took the time and care to get it directly from the manufacturer. With other vendors we often had to follow up multiple times to get a clear answer, but with Mike we could trust that he'd follow up immediately and accurately, regardless of whether our question was big or small.
