He missed 2 scheduled appointments to complete the work. He agreed to a refund on the phone but later txt me that the contract I signed gave him more time to complete the work. His deposit is around 50%. He will continue to miss appointments and try to keep that deposit in full. I offered him $150 as an estimate fee and asked for the remainder to be refunded. He declined so I will unfortunately be seeing him in small claims court while another reputable contractor finishes the work.
