He cleaned another room for free so I'm assuming that was because he knew he broke my tv I called to let him know what he had done and he denied it and called me a liar and was saying really rude and mean things to me. I will NEVER pay them my hard earned money again. People work to hard for their things to have someone rushing to do a job and be careless how they treat peoples things. I contacted the BBB to see if they could help get a resolution but the company' ignored their request. I DO NOT RECCOMMED!

I went out of my way to help them the shops were closing so I stayed late so they could finish. I even scraped up the tile in two rooms for them which took some time. after talking to sonny, I have got no reply. I was hoping they would take care of it. well got an answer today they will not do anything about. sad thing is I asked for a coat of clear the next day Friday morning it was done Thursday night and was denied. I went out of my way so they could finish the other buildings they would have had to stop pack up and come back probably saved them a half a day of time. Today put a new mop head on and tested it the flakes tore the strings off the mop. and the broom will not get down in crevasses all I wanted was a smooth floor. man, I wish to owner would at the very least came to look at it in person I don't think he would have left it like that. I will add as many photos as possible, so you be the judge if it is a good or bad job

Steve Fitzroi came out to our home to clean and inspect our chimney. We had concerns that the…read morechimney wasn't "right". Steve proceeded to scope our flue (which I was able to watch on his computer screen) and there were soo many breaks in our flue, we were very nervous. He proceeded to inspect the chimney box (which needed repair also) and then when his crew went up to the top of our exterior chimney, he found that the previous owner had put in face brick instead of actual brick. All of this needed replacing and then in 2 subsequent visits, cleaned (Poultice Creosote Remover) and added FireGuard (a ceramic mortar joint and resurfacing system) to the entire flue and did Crowncoat on the top. And, as a extra benefit, screened the top. We are soo happy with CJW and their service - we will always refer people to your company. So many companies either did not call back or didn't show up for the appointment. Every step of the way, they were professional, explained everything in detail and was very friendly. Thank you!!
