After sending a letter explaining my dissatisfaction with the work (and, frankly expecting no…read moreresponse) I got a call promising me that they would make it right. Sure enough, they followed through and re-did the entire job from scratch. Replaced the damaged plywood that had originally not been replaced, and re-replaced the shingles over the affected areas. The worker they sent to do the repairs was named James, and he worked a steady 6 hours on the project, and did a great job. I am very happy to see that Lockhart Roofing stands behind their work. Remember, if a phone call doesn't do it, write a letter. It usually gets to the right person, and in the age of social media, word-of-mouth is very important. I will certainly consider them on my short list of estimates when it's time to replace the entire roof in 10-15 years.

From start to finish, the team was GREAT, and I could tell they all take pride in their profession. Mine was a complete tear off which required wood, and I did replace the gutters as well. Even after all that, the cost was $4000.00 less than the company I was going to have do the job before "intervention" again from my son/daughter-in-law. Even the "Grinch" could not find fault in any way with Lockhart Roofing!

As the afternoon went by many roofing contractors stopped by and offered their services, including Jeremy from Guns N Hoses. I must have been approached by 20 contractors that day but when it was all said and done I decided on Jeremy. I'm glad I did. Given the amount of work the entire area needed I knew it would take some time. It did. Jeremy kept on top of everything and kept me posted. If he told me something I could take it to the bank. The work was completed in a timely fashion, the quality of work was excellent and he handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. I could not have had a better experience.
