After the initial estimate that was good for 30 days, he still honored it 2 months later even though he didn't have to. He's on time for appointments and backs everything up that he tells you. And if he is unavailable the moment you call, he always calls you back within the hour no matter how busy he is; always has a smile on his face and goes out of his way to serve you. On my last day of vacation yesterday, we had our roof finally replaced by Lockhart Roofing. We got our free estimate from the salesman Gary at the office, as soon as we called about a month ago. They came out the next day, in person, which I was really impressed with and gave us all the need to know and details about our old roof. My son and daughter-in law had their roof done by Lockhart and urge me to do the same even after 4 quotes. From start to finish, the team was GREAT, and I could tell they all take pride in their profession. Mine was a complete tear off which required wood, and I did replace the gutters as well.
