A fast, efficient and detailed supervisor named "River" completed the job in less than 3 hours. He introduced himself and guys before starting to confirm the steps of the project. There was Great teamwork from start to finish with removal to clean up as well. No issues or complaints! River answered 2 of my questions before and during the gutter project. Between the pandemic and staff changes, we had no clue the last time the gutters had been cleaned. Some of them were even coming off the roof! Plus, with all the rain we've had, the gutters were literally taking a beating this summer and needed attention. After getting several estimates, C&G gave us an awesome quote and came out in person to check out our building. While it's not a tremendously huge building in comparison to some others in the area, it was still going to be a lot of work due to the amount of debris that we had going on there. Two really nice guys showed up and not only did the entire building in two hours, but tacked back up the gutters that were falling off the side of the building as well. They also cleaned up their mess and hauled it away from all the stuff that got blown out. They also showed us other repairs that may need to get done in the future to keep the roof and building in good shape. Overall, these guys do really good work at a very fair price. When we first contacted the company, we had an estimate and appointment within HOURS (maybe 3). The price was almost twice what we paid another company in 2020, but I guess that's a sign of the times. Had to pay half at the time of making an appointment. Well, ok. HOWEVER, we did NOT expect to have to provide water hoses so the gutters could be cleaned properly. Wonder what would have happened if we didn't have any, or enough for a 2 story house?. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we got NO receipt!! Hubby had to sign a paper stating it was OK to charge for "rest" of service once the guy returned to the office, and yep, no copy of that paper either. There was no mention of emailing a receipt. Nothing. In this day of phone-in charges, Square and the like, this seems to be a poor business practice. Will we call them again? Maybe. The lack of written cost of services and payments made makes us a little uncomfortable

I am going to write two reviews as they performed two jobs during a single event:…read more ** Gutters ** The gutters look great and were done correctly. Cost was fair and work completed as described. ** Door ** While we were scheduling the gutters we saw that they also did doors. We decided that working with a single contractor was preferred to two as we are often traveling. They came out and while measuring the gutters also measured the door. We ordered the custom door and waited...and waited...then the below: First Visit - Door comes and it is the wrong size Second Visit - Door comes and it will not fit due to sizing again. They decide they need a new frame (same frame they measured on estimate) and put the old door on. Incorrectly as the striker was on backwards and handle loose. Third Visit - Attempt to build a frame onsite, but have to leave to get parts throughout the day. Mess-up the wall during install. Fourth Visit - Door finally installed Fifth Visit - Came to paint and fix wall, but didn't bring the needed parts Sixth Visit - Finished the paint around the wall. Now peppered throughout this process starting on Third Visit I told them thanks, but no thanks and to take the door back. I had a broken door and had wasted over 3 months. Over and over again in written communications they ignored my request to put me out of my misery with this process. I figured they were going to do the right thing, but alas at the end of this process they charged me the full amount for this ordeal. Not counting the number of days (thank goodness my wife works from home) and hours wasted, the work was piss poor. In the end we have a nice looking door. Had I known they would be like this I would skip. Now you know and can decide to not do what we did.

Once underway, shawn told me he couldn't get that exact size skylight. He said it would take two weeks to get it and would cost 2x what he thought. Then he said theres nothing wrong with the one you have. It doesnt need to be replaced. So i said ok. Now 2 years later the skylight is leaking and shawn won't do anything about it. Now he wont even return my calls. I would have settled on buying the skylight if he installed it free. Being a friend of the family. Now it seems i will have to hire another contractor to do the job. Dont use Shawn Most (Most Reliable Roofing (Contruction)) for any work. Hencannot be trusted to stand behind his work. And he never did my shed roof either. I tried to make it easy for him too.
