Sure enough, they followed through and re-did the entire job from scratch. Replaced the damaged plywood that had originally not been replaced, and re-replaced the shingles over the affected areas. The worker they sent to do the repairs was named James, and he worked a steady 6 hours on the project, and did a great job. I am very happy to see that Lockhart Roofing stands behind their work. Remember, if a phone call doesn't do it, write a letter. It usually gets to the right person, and in the age of social media, word-of-mouth is very important. I will certainly consider them on my short list of estimates when it's time to replace the entire roof in 10-15 years.

They left a large spill stain of some sort in a highly visible area right over the front door. Had to call them to come back and fix that along with several other immediate issues. They installed drip edge that had clearly been damaged when it was in a bundle as each piece was creased in the same spot. 3 years later, the roof is failing, buckling in multiple areas and sinking where they deleted roof vents, but Lockhart apparently does not care to stand behind their shoddy work. I absolutely would not recommend Lockhart and would stay far away from them based on our experience.

We set up a window that he could stop by that day. He didn't make it. The next morning, he apologized because he said there was an emergency roof repair that lasted all day - no problem... i get it. He asked if she would be availble that night, we said yes any time between 5pm-9pm. At 7pm we got a message that he hadnt checked his phone and that he could stop by the day after. We set up another time frame where he would stop by, never showed... you get the point. All in all, we were no showed 3 times, and rescheduled several. Not sure if it was too good to be true. If he really had more emergencies pop up. Or if he just didn't want to do this small job... but it was a lot of time wasted, schedule movement on my wifes end to make it work, just for no work to ever happen. Very unfortunate.
