Sure enough, they followed through and re-did the entire job from scratch. Replaced the damaged plywood that had originally not been replaced, and re-replaced the shingles over the affected areas. The worker they sent to do the repairs was named James, and he worked a steady 6 hours on the project, and did a great job. I am very happy to see that Lockhart Roofing stands behind their work. Remember, if a phone call doesn't do it, write a letter. It usually gets to the right person, and in the age of social media, word-of-mouth is very important. I will certainly consider them on my short list of estimates when it's time to replace the entire roof in 10-15 years.

I tried to explain if the sales Mersin had turned the contract over and went over the hidden costs and circled the dollar amounts so a customer would be more prepared for the final bill... and he cut me off and said, it's not my problem if you don't know how to read. I deal with this crap all of the time. if you don't pay me in two weeks I'll take legal action. he wouldn't even let me explain my areas of concern and the difference from what the sled man said to me face to face and what was actually in the final bill. what a pour pour way to conduct business! Don't use these people. they are experts at fraud and misrepresentation!!!!

We set up another time frame where he would stop by, never showed... you get the point. All in all, we were no showed 3 times, and rescheduled several. Not sure if it was too good to be true. If he really had more emergencies pop up. Or if he just didn't want to do this small job... but it was a lot of time wasted, schedule movement on my wifes end to make it work, just for no work to ever happen. Very unfortunate.
