We called the owner to have him come out and look at the damage. He left telling us he needs to reach out to his manufacturers and would get back to us that day. It has been over a week and we have not heard back from him. We have called everyday with no response. The water damage in my son room has gotten worse. We are still under warranty with him.

After providing a quote for a roof repair, I had Jim come back out to confirm the price and he didn't even call on day of the appointment; no call no show. I gave him another chance and afterward I waited for the financing information, but he never sent it. Jim then proceeded to ignore the rest of my correspondence. I left numerous voicemail messages and Jim refuses to answer the telephone. This is not how you do business with people. I'll find another roofing contractor and I suggest you do the same.
