Though we…read morehad just replaced our roof and half the gutters, we were looking to add a deck with a roof and finish the gutter upgrade for the other 1/2 of the house. Since they were in the area, we figured it wouldn't hurt to get a quote. Before we could even finish explaining what we needed, they said they only do full installs. They weren't willing to quote us for the deck roof or gutters despite reaching out to us with their flyer. If they're not interested in smaller jobs, that's their choice, but it says a lot. They solicited us, we were ready to give them business, and they dismissed us. That's not the kind of company I want to trust with my home or any warranty down the line. Glad we found out early how they operate.

His professionalism and attention to detail is top-notch! Talk about tech savvy, I received email and text notifications to confirm our appointment, alerts as to when he was in route, also a completion message with receipt for the work being done. I read the other two reviews on here and talked to Donald about those first hand. Totally understood that these were a few bad reviews during "trying times" that muddled his company's great work. Donald will be back onsite soon to tackle complete cleaning and sanitization of my ducts and chimneys as well. Stop looking and give this guy a call!

When they finally did answer, he had to reschedule for another day. Then they had to contact us that day to push us back again, only to contact us AGAIN to tell us they were going to be late! They finally showed up, cleaned the ducts, didn't replace all of the vents, and broke the handle on my refrigerator door. The guys had forgotten they had also been scheduled to clean two rooms of carpet! So now they needed to schedule ANOTHER day! Supposed to show up today at 9am. He doesn't show up or answer his phone again! I finally get ahold of someone at 11:30! He shows up 45 minutes later, apologizes, does the carpets, and hurries out the door. We have to move the furniture, which is something we had requested them to do. We wanted to give our business to a small business rather than a large company but will NEVER go with this one again!

A few years ago we needed a new garage built after the old one collapsed under heavy snow. Mike…read morecame to the house several times to speak with us. Several, and I mean SEVERAL, times he sat on our couch and his cell phone would ring. He never at any time answered it or silenced it; he would just let it ring. My wife and I found it very disruptive listening to a ringing phone while we were trying to have a conversation. During the project Mike talked several times to our insurance company. That was a mistake. He continuously told us things were set with the insurance company. At the end of the project, I spoke with the insurance company and they told me that they were covering every thing except $2000 plus. Later, when I explained my conversation with the insurance company to Mike he said the insurance company was paying everything (except our deductible of $500). I explained my reservations to him, but he assured me that there would be no more out of pocket expense. After the project was done, we received an invoice from Lutz for over $2000. I was floored! The moral of the story: Don't trust everything your contractor tells you and don't let them deal with your insurance company. You're better have that dialogue yourself. I cannot find it within myself to recommend this company.
