However, tech was unable to properly repair due to a poor design of the grill we own. I was quoted a price for repair (parts and labor), but then presented a bill 25% more at end of service. I asked the tech to have owner call, but never heard from him. Repair price was fair all things considered, but disappointed the owner didn't care enough to call or explain.
