Not a very good experience overall…read more I tried to see if they could whip up some paint from a batch I had used up with the color code listed. The girl I spoke with was rude, unhelpful, lacked knowledge, kept interrupting, and acted as if she was being bothered on her personal time to even see if they could mix the paint using the appropriate code- all she had to do was look it up in their system and even if she didn't find it immediately, it still can be 'duped' within reason (I know, I've done this before, and many people have when they run out of a paint they used to paint the house etc to 'match' the old paint swatch.. This girl was absolutely rude and just couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum.. I asked at a different sherwin Williams location after this and got the info I needed (and paint) with no issue. While they do have a nice array of paints and accessories for any painting you need, this store's lack of good service and inept attitude of its sales associate makes this barely a two star experience- and I'm being generous.
