My FAVORITE home improvement store is Menards in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This two story gem is by…read morefar better than any HomeDepot or Lowes. In my opinion, HomeDepot is more for construction workers, Lowes is for those looking for better quality and Menards is totally upscale and beats them both hands down. Before relocating from Keego Harbor, MI to San Angelo we purchased 2 ceiling fans for our San Angelo condo. Not sure what happened during our chaotic move, we discovered that one light didn't work after installing them in our condo a month after moving in. I emailed Menards customer service and explained that we purchased them in MI and installed them in TX with no way to easily return/exchange it for another fan. Menards doesn't have a store (yet) in TX. Linda w/Menards customer service took the bull by the horns and within 2 weeks we received not 1 but 2 light replacements for the ceiling fans. Talk about GREAT out of state customer service! Menards is simply the BEST. They could have said "you need to return the defective fan for a refund".

Premier Pet Supply is basically the only pet supply store I shop at! I am not a big fan of the…read morebigger pet stores given the quality of their service and variety in their options and I have had issues with other smaller, local pet stores as well in my area. The only pet supplies store that has consistently provided me with everything I need, positive experiences in the quality of their options and level of service, and great deals is Premier Pet Supply. Therefore, they get ALL my business! I love that everyone here is so friendly, genuinely enjoy working here, and are so knowledgeable! I love that PPS provides both "common" and more "unique" food, treat, and toy options so you get a little bit of everything. I love that they have a partnership with local organizations so you know they are passionate about being engrained within the local community. I also love that they provide pet bathing rooms at great prices for the amount of time you get in there, along with what they offer in their bathing services. I love that they have a rewards system for you to wrack up points to certain levels where you get rewarded! This company has truly thought through everything and it shows in all the products and services they offer. I love Premier Pet Supply and will always support them in all their endeavors and spoil my dogs with goodies from here always!
