Called and get the RMA to return but was told I have to pay 20% restock fee and of course, I have to pay for the shipping fee. And if there's scratch to the motor then I would not get a refund. I also would not get the motor back unless I pay for the shipping. After a short calculation and don't know how much I would have to pay for the shipping and growing not trusting this supplier that it might just said it has a scratch, so I decided to keep the motor. I guess this is how the business get benefit. I would not order anything from this supplier ever again. Short story, if you are going to order anything from this supplier, think about the 20% restock and paying for the shipping if you decide to return the part.
