Don't trust The Home Depot. I was treated horribly by them this week . All i wanted was a dryer. I paid for it and they sent out two of the rudest people i have ever dealt with . I paid them money and they said it would be rescheduled for delivery today . Guess what they cancelled my order and now they say i might get my money back 3-5 business days . I dont have another $700 for a dryer . So we got screwed because of their incompetence . To say the least i wont ever order an appliance from them again . They do not stand behind the products they sell!!! Go to Lowe's or Menards!!! Bought some Behr Stain a few years ago said it would last 5 yrs. Followed directions to a tee DIDNT even last a year and they would not issue a refund even though I had pics of the 2 decks!! read more

Bought the Behr brand deck coating. This is the results of two summers use( said guaranteed to last 5). When I called to complain they told me lawsuit filed against behr BUT finished in February. Any company that won't, at a minimum refund the cost of their products is a company that no longer has my loyalty!!! Very very disappointed in the Behr brand AND The Home Depot. This Home Depot location is the closest one to a house we are working on that is not our primary residence. We had to order kitchen cabinets from this location rather than the one closest to our own house, because they couldn't ship to this store if we ordered from a different one. No big deal, until we learned that each of the cabinets was more expensive than our home store by $20-$40 each! Luckily, the kitchen designer was able to sign us up for a Pro account since we are doing a large project and we ended up saving money overall. We also scheduled a carpet measuring appointment while we were in the store. The price differences were annoying to say the least, but the staff was very friendly and helpful in sure we had everything we needed. We'll be spending a lot of time/money in the next few months so it's nice to have the store close by. read more

This store has been entrusted to provide critical services during the COVID-19 pandemic. That carries with it an implied responsibility to provide their services in a safer manner. As a healthcare professional (nurse), Ian acutely aware of the very real health consequences of COVID-19. As the Governor is beginning to open up the economy, I ventured to the store in Owosso today. I was masked as were a few other customers. However the same could not be said for the workers. I asked a lady wiping down the self checkout why they were not wearing masks. Her reply, "I don't know. I guess we just don't want to." At that point I left my cart and told her that since they were not taking precautions, I was not going to shop there. I came home and called the manager. Got an assistant manager. I explained what happened and tried to educate him about the risks to his staff and the community and they are not doing their part. He said many of them have conditions that prevent them from wearing masks. This is BS I tried to explain that people with medical conditions are more at risk. He said he was going to end the call and not listen to me anymore so I hung up. Home Depot in Owosso is only concerned with $ not protecting their staff or community. We will no longer shop there even after this pandemic. read more

This is by far the best Home depot I have ever been to. Staff is always helpful and knowledge able. Not the biggest store so sometimes inventory is a little lacking, but its to be expected. read more

Customer service is good here. Location is great for rural home owners. Unfortunately bought a LG washer set 4 yrs ago with a home depot protection plan. Washer recently had an issue, 6 weeks later and no working washer. No compensation yet for 6 weeks of laundromat use and have not heard from the case manager in over a week. Dont waste your money on their protection plans ! read more
